Traffic assignment has been recognized as one of the key technologies in supporting transportation planning and operations.To better address the perfectly rational issue of the expected utility theory(EUT)and the over...Traffic assignment has been recognized as one of the key technologies in supporting transportation planning and operations.To better address the perfectly rational issue of the expected utility theory(EUT)and the overlapping path issue of the multinomial logit(MNL)model that are involved in the traffic assignment process,this paper proposes a cumulative prospect value(CPV)-based generalized nested logit(GNL)stochastic user equilibrium(SUE)model.The proposed model uses CPV to replace the utility value as the path performance within the GNL model framework.An equivalent mathematical model is provided for the proposed CPV-based GNL SUE model,which is solved by the method of successive averages(MSA).The existence and equivalence of the solution are also proved for the equivalent model.To demonstrate the performance of the proposed CPV-based GNL SUE model,three road networks are selected in the empirical test.The results show that the proposed model can jointly deal with the perfectly rational issue and the overlapping path issue,and additionally,the proposed model is shown to be applicable for large road networks.展开更多

We first present the statistical analyses of the first-hop equivalent envelope. Then, we investigate the LCR and AFD of an equivalent end-to-end envelope, and present the closed-form solutions to LCR and AFD, which are given with integral forms. Finally, we derive the Laplace approximations of LCR and AFD as well as the upper and lower bounds. The numerical results of LCR show that the upper bound is tight. For multi user systems with different number of mobile users, the analyses indicate that the LCRs are approximately the same at the low level of the envelope. envelope However, there are at the high level of the reasonable differences among the curves of LCRs. Also, it performs well when nodes move freely at high speed. A random assessment delay (RAD) mechanism is added to avoid collisions and improve transmission efficiency. Indonesia, through its Ministry of Education, implements 2013 Curriculum officially that reflects the competency of learners. This curriculum is actually similar with competence-based curriculum which concentrates on learners. In senior high school level, English becomes one of the subjects of final national examination and also this is the last level for learners before they continue their study to university. International oriented school is a school that applies English as a second language and also a school cooperates with or uses international standard curriculum. Reflecting learning and teaching English in senior high school especially in the international oriented school is very important and needs special attention. This research investigates the implementation of curriculum in the international oriented senior high school in Yogyakarta. From the research, it is known that the school officially does not implement 2013 Curriculum. However, ACT (Assessment Certificate Test) curriculum and the values of the school automatically reflect the 2013 Curriculum because the school empowering implementation of competency-based curriculum in learning process that focuses on learner-centered learning, facilitating assessments of process of learning and fostering learners' autonomy through the curriculum is reflected in the school essentially in the programs and activities.展开更多

This article proposes a relay camera videometrics based method to convert an unstable measuring platform to a static reference to solve the problems of large error or invalidation caused by measuring platform instabil...This article proposes a relay camera videometrics based method to convert an unstable measuring platform to a static reference to solve the problems of large error or invalidation caused by measuring platform instability in photogrammetric and videometric measurements.The method installs a relay camera on the unstable platform and captures images of a reference marker fixed on a static reference or vice versa to resolve the 3D movement of the unstable platform relative to the static reference,based on which it corrects the error of the measured results and thus eliminating the influence of the platform movement.It finds new and important applications for videometrics by making high-precision dynamic measurement possible on unstable platforms.Verification experiments and numerical simulations have proven its validity and practicability.展开更多
