面向信号的测试是未来自动测试系统发展的趋势。信号传输路径的搜索算法是ATS软件平台内核需要解决的关键问题。本文首先给出开关资源的物理模型和数学模型,结合图论中求最短路问题的Dijkstra算法,研究了通路中继电器最少的路径搜索算法... 面向信号的测试是未来自动测试系统发展的趋势。信号传输路径的搜索算法是ATS软件平台内核需要解决的关键问题。本文首先给出开关资源的物理模型和数学模型,结合图论中求最短路问题的Dijkstra算法,研究了通路中继电器最少的路径搜索算法;再以继电器可靠性为基础,给出了可靠性最高的路径搜索算法,实现了通路中继电器的均衡使用;最后以某ATS工程项目中使用的较复杂组合矩阵为实例,验证了算法的可行性、有效性及相互关系,本文给出的路径搜索算法已应用于软件平台内核设计,能正确地完成测试任务。 展开更多

There are three main parts about reliability test and analysis. First, in order to analyze reliability level of contact relay, the failure ratio ranks are established as index base on the product level. Second, the reliability test method is put forward. The sample plan of reliability compliance test is gained from reliability sample theory. The failure criterion is ensured according to the failure modes of contactor relay. The reliability tolerance design can ensure that the products would work well under the influence of disturbing factors (including internal interference, external interference, and machining dispersion). Com- pared with static characteristic, dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay can describe its operating process better. This article researches influence of the three kinds of disturbing factors on the dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic relay based on calculating dynamic characteristic. Then, the dynamic reliability tolerance design method of electromagnetic relay is discussed considering three kinds of disturbing factors. The reliability for motor protection. The reliability of the over-load protective relay testing and reliability analysis of the over-load protective relay is an important way to improve the reliability of products. In this paper, the reliability test method of the over-load protective relay is studied, and the reliability tests of the typical products are carried out on a reliability tester developed by authors. In terms of the testing results, the reliability analysis is finished. The failure reasons are found and the measures are put forward to improve the reliability of the products. 展开更多
