Phases at two linked points between the end and beginning of adjoined frames are always consistent; the bias Doppler frequency for the time delay of A/D sampling start responds to that for target acceleration. Method： Walker and Avant’s framework （2011） was used to analyse the concept of self-management.Results： Self-management is defined as a dynamic process that involves perception of one’s needs, resource utilisation,problem solving and active participation. Antecedents of self-management include self-efficacy, disease knowledge andsocial support. Improving cancer patients’ ability in symptom self-management can improve their health outcomes andquality of life and reduce healthcare expenditures. Although Strategy and Effectiveness of Symptom Self-Managementscale is perceived as an ideal instrument to measure self-management and thus it is used worldwide, whether thisinstrument fits to measure this concept for cancer patients in Chinese context has still not yet been verified and thusfurther research is needed. Conclusion： According to the concept analysis, nurses should encourage cancer patients toinvolve actively in making a home-based rehabilitation plan and promote their ability in symptom self-management ofhome-based rehabilitation so as to improve their health outcomes and reduce healthcare expenditures.展开更多

As a basic mathematical structure,the system of inequalities over symmetric cones and its solution can provide an effective method for solving the startup problem of interior point method which is used to solve many o...As a basic mathematical structure,the system of inequalities over symmetric cones and its solution can provide an effective method for solving the startup problem of interior point method which is used to solve many optimization problems.In this paper,a non-interior continuation algorithm is proposed for solving the system of inequalities under the order induced by a symmetric cone.It is shown that the proposed algorithm is globally convergent and well-defined.Moreover,it can start from any point and only needs to solve one system of linear equations at most at each iteration.Under suitable assumptions,global linear and local quadratic convergence is established with Euclidean Jordan algebras.Numerical results indicate that the algorithm is efficient.The systems of random linear inequalities were tested over the second-order cones with sizes of 10,100,,1 000 respectively and the problems of each size were generated randomly for 10 times.The average iterative numbers show that the proposed algorithm can generate a solution at one step for solving the given linear class of problems with random initializations.It seems possible that the continuation algorithm can solve larger scale systems of linear inequalities over the secondorder cones quickly.Moreover,a system of nonlinear inequalities was also tested over Cartesian product of two simple second-order cones,and numerical results indicate that the proposed algorithm can deal with the nonlinear cases.展开更多

Its most striking feature is that it is marked by historical continuity rather than rupture, and the main force behind this continuity is its intrinsic dynamism and vitality. Unlike the paradigm of Eurocentrism or ＂Discovering History in China,＂ the comparative analytical paradigm discovers China through long-term comparisons with corresponding countries in the same time and space in an effort to find positive elements in the history of the Chinese road and to refute the long prevalent theory of Chinese stagnation. Seen over the course of world history, the impetus for the creation of the world＇s most brilliant agrarian civilization was endogenous. This impetus was not a momentary ＂explosive force＂ but a sustainable institutional drive whose main constituents were the independent farming household, endogenous government capacity and adaptive national governance. In addition to the main theme of ＂permanent change,＂ Chinese development had a secondary theme of ＂cyclical change＂ which cannot be ignored. The roots of Chinese development are buried deep in the genes of this agrarian nation in the form of sticky institutions, bureaucratic inertia, arbitrary power, etc. Historical continuity provided a foundation for China＇s creative revolution and development in modern times, ultimately laying down a socialist development road with Chinese characteristics, although this remains an unfinished relay process.展开更多
