目的:探讨参附注射液(简称参附液)治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:82例老年脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(用参附液治疗)和对照组(用维脑路通治疗),治疗前后分别测定血液流变学和血流动力学参数,进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活... 目的:探讨参附注射液(简称参附液)治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:82例老年脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(用参附液治疗)和对照组(用维脑路通治疗),治疗前后分别测定血液流变学和血流动力学参数,进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评价,并观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后血液流变学和血流动力学参数、神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附液对老年脑梗死患者有较好的疗效,是一种安全、有效的药物。 展开更多

The recent trend of vehicle design aims at crash safety and environmentally-friendly aspect. For the crash safety aspect, the energy absorbing members should absorb collision energy sufficiently but for the environmentally-friendly aspect, the vehicle structure must be light weight in order to improve the fuel efficiency and reduce the tail gas emission. Therefore, the light weight of vehicle must be achieved in a securing safety status of crash. An aluminum or carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is representative one of the light-weight materials. Based on the respective collapse behavior of aluminum and CFRP member, the collapse behavior of hybrid thin-walled member was evaluated. The hybrid members were manufactured by wrapping CFRP prepreg sheets outside the aluminum hollow members in the autoclave. Because the CFRP is an anisotropic material whose mechanical properties, such as strength and elasticity, change with its stacking condition, the effects of the stacking condition on the collapse behavior evaluation of the hybrid thin-walled member were tested. The collapse mode and energy absorption capability of the hybrid thin-walled member were analyzed with the change of the fiber orientation angle and interface number. 展开更多

Dementia is not a disease but a group of symptoms that may cause different diseases. Symptoms include change of behaviour, character and unexpected changes in the mood. Poor quality of nutrition affects significantly the intensity of dementia. Balanced diet that meets healthy safety standards and requirements will satisfy the needs of an organism for vitamins and minerals and special attention should be given to intake of folic acid, vitamin B12 and minerals zinc and selenium. Intake of omega3 fatty acids is a source of fuel for blood vessels, particularly for the ones of the nervous tissues. 展开更多

Aiming at this situation, by using the method of T-S fuzzy neural network model to analyze the characteristics of the data transmission in network, it has obtained corresponding threat information. By processing these threat information, it completes the construction of three-dimensional power security defense system. The paper carries on the corresponding data training methods by using T-shirt model fuzzy neural network, which has certain reference significance for the data analysis of other similar fields. At the same time, the study of building on the three-dimensional power security defense system aims to provide a theoretical reference for solving the security defense of the current complex network environment. 展开更多
