The selectivity of short circuit protection of high voltage lines in coal mines cannot be realized by existing protection systems. To solve this problem, a scheme based on double layer Ether CAT and optical fiber interlock net was proposed. The system is mainly composed of double layer Ether CAT, optical fiber interlock net, ground monitoring station, underground control stations and integrated protection devices with Ether CAT communication interface and interlock interface. Double layer Ether CAT and optical fiber interlock net cooperate with each other, when one is interrupted, the other net carl realize selectivity of short circuit protection independently, Results of test show that the system can achieve selectivity of short circuit protection reliably, determine the fault location quickly, shorten troubleshooting time and improve safety and reliability of the power network in coal mines. 展开更多

Xinjiang Tianshan is a serial natural property that has been nominated for World Heritage status.This paper presents a systematically comprehensive and comparative analysis of the heritage resources of Xinjiang Tianshan according to the World Heritage criteria.Its biological,ecological and aesthetic values,which are of global importance, are documented.It is concluded that Xinjiang Tianshan meets the world heritage criteria(vii)and (ix).Xinjiang Tianshan is compared with other mountain world heritage sites,mountains in Central Asia,the Tianshan Mountains outside China,and with the protected areas of the Tianshan Mountains on the Tentative List for World Heritage Sites,so as to provide objective data for the world heritage application. 展开更多

Because of increasing environmental concerns/legislative pressure for plastics waste and rapid increases in the cost of petroleum, the development of "environmental friendly" materials has attracted extensive interest. Recently, bioplastics are one of the most innovative environmental friendly materials developed. Therefore, this paper will look at aspects of the bioplastics from the perspective of sustainability, advantages/disadvantages and standards. The global bioplastics market is thought to be growing at a rate of 20%-25% per year. They have some advantages such as lower carbon footprint, independence, energy efficiency, and eco-safety. However, they have some disadvantages such as high cost, recycling, reducing raw materials, misused of terms and lack of legislation. For the sustainability, recycling systems and production technology may be developed for bioplastics and by-product should be used for their production. Also, there is much standardization about them. It is important to have comparable international standard methods. Therefore, there is an urgent need to standardize all details. A new guide and standard for just bioplastics should be developed for production, usage and bioplastic waste management for every country in the world. 展开更多
