This article reviews the utilization of cassava leaf in the production of food, animal feed and antioxidants in recent years, analyzes the effects of anti-nutritional factors and extraction of an- tioxidative flavonoids on the utilization of cassava leaf, finally puts forward the main problems in the utilization of cassava leaf, to provide a theoretical basis for the ba- sic research of cassava leaf.展开更多
