2012年湖南省二级及以上综合医院抗菌药物临床应用指标分析

目的:了解2012年湖南省二级及以上综合医院抗菌药物临床应用的基本情况,为制定抗菌药物管理政策、促进临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法:从湖南省临床应用监测网采集我省二级及以上综合医院2012年抗菌药物临床应用主要指标,采用Excel表格统计各医院原始数据,进行分类统计、分析。结果:参照卫生部2012年抗菌药物专项整治活动的相关要求,我省监测网所监测的医院包括29所三级综合医院和105所二级综合医院。三级综合医院和二级综合医院的住院患者抗菌药物使用率达标率分别为75.8%、50.5%;抗菌药物使用强度达标率分别为55.2%、18.1%;Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用率达标率分别为41.4%、38.2%;门诊抗菌药物处方比例达标率分别为75.9%、37.5%;急诊抗菌药物处方比例达标率分别为82.8%、76.3%。结论:我省开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治工作取得了显著成效,二级及以上综合医院2012年抗菌药物临床应用各指标较2011年均有较大改善,达标率均有提高;三级综合医院抗菌药物整治的效果明显优于二级综合医院。

近年来,在建筑结构设计领域中,使用BIM技术作为技术支持,得到业内人士广泛采用。在传统设计方法的基础上,深入设计的各个环节中。采用虚拟仿真的方式,获取建筑结果内的相关信息。此举对提高设计的工作效率,协调施工实际过程,保证建筑结构可靠性等多个方面具有重要意义。本文以BIM技术在建筑结构设计中的各个环节为研究对象,实际生产效率作为评判标准,结合经济成本、标准差异等问题进行探究,并提出相关的改善措施。

The application of Meta-analysis in the latest comprehensive treatment of breast cancer

Meta-analysis is a kind of systematic review,which uses quantitative method to summarize the results.It is a comprehensive evaluation to the findings of previous studies with higher credibility.Recently,it is applied to all areas of scientific research,particularly in the integrated treatment of breast cancer.Currently,breast cancer is known one of the most common malignant tumors,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Therefore,more and more clinical doctors pay attention to the effect of comprehensive treatment for patients with breast cancer.This article mainly collects the results of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,in which the method of Meta-analysis is applied.In addition,we discuss the latest progress in order to guide the clinical treatment.

Study Fields Optimalization within the Programme Applied Mathematics

The integration of the Czech Republic into the process of European space university education formation makes many demands on the higher education system--from creating new legislation and educational conception to changes in the study programme structure. With regard to the study programme structure, permeability and modular construction of the programme and the actual European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System （ECTS） implementation are some of requirements coming to the fore. The aim of this work is to present an analysis of bachelor study programme Applied Mathematics Structure at the University of Ostrava within the context of the above mentioned requirements.
