Detection and evaluation are needed to determine the pa...The quality problem of the concrete body and backwall grouting of shaft lining must be taken into consideration during the engineering construction of the shaft. Detection and evaluation are needed to determine the parameters such as the location and depth of drilling. The record of elastic wave can be gained through laying the surveying lines of the ring and ver- tical direction in the shaft lining by the elastic wave method. And specifically, through analyzing the different parameters of seismic attribute such as the velocity of high frequency reflection wave, amplitude and frequency, the abnormal range on the wall or under the wall can be forecasted. The concrete quality of shallow layer in the shaft lining can be evaluated through the velocity of surfer wave. Using the evaluating technique of comprehensive frequency and the phase feature of waveform, the basic features such as inner construction, wall back filling and failure depth of shaft lining can be interpreted from qualitatively to half quantitatively, and the interpreting section can be drawn. The results show that the detection effect for the shaft quality is significant by elastic wave technique, and the delineation of abnormal areas is accurate. Its guidance function is better for pro- duction.展开更多

We based our approach on establishing a comprehensive advantage evaluating index system that offers scientific substance for creating a development plan and the strategic management of high-tech industry and regional clusters of high-tech enterprises. Furnhermore, this paper selects some typical high-tech enterprises' data to make comprehensive training on the network system. Meanwhile, the paper chooses some enterprises as testing samples to test the method, the result of which proves that this method is truly effective. For example, computer, mobile phone, etc. are increasingly popular, especially hi-tech products updating more and more quickly, which has initiated some problems: resources depletion, environmental pollution, ecosystems damage, etc. While people are enjoying convenient and comfortable life from hi-tech, they are worrying about quantities of e-wastes discharged.In order to reduce the amount and harm of e-wastes, this paper starts from the connotation of the ecological stability of circular economy electronics industry chain (CEEIC, for shorO, uses the food chain principle for reference to describe the links and connection of the electronics industry chain, and selects factors from the three link: production, consumption and recycle to construct indexes system based on their characteristics, with which a scientific evaluation is carried on for CEEIC by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.展开更多

The result showed that socio-economic development in minority area presents a series of characteristics that the north is high and the south is low, center-margin pattern is obvious and the areas with middle and lower development indices are distributed centrally and continuously. We introduce a low-cost and effective technique that can transform waste cement-based dust into a superhydrophobic coating with dirt pickup resistance. An organic-inorganic hybrid superhydrophobic coating is prepared ...We introduce a low-cost and effective technique that can transform waste cement-based dust into a superhydrophobic coating with dirt pickup resistance. An organic-inorganic hybrid superhydrophobic coating is prepared by the sol-gel method using methyltriethoxysilane as a precursor and waste cement-based dust as a film-forming material. Orthogonal experiments and a comprehensive scoring method were used to optimize the composition and production technologies. Our results show that this superhydrophobic organic-inorganic hybrid coating has an average static contact angle of 151.65° and low water adhesion. Related tests reveal that the dirt pickup resistance, washing resistance and film-substrate cohesion of this coating are also outstanding. The multi-scale physical and chemical mechanisms behind the properties of the coating are investigated. This recycled cement-based coating can be used as the external cover of engineering structures to protect them from corrosion.展开更多
