高中教师对综合素质评价改革认同感的调查分析——以新高考改革试点地区为例

综合素质评价改革的“落地”和扎实推进,需获得一线教师的普遍接受、广泛支持与深度认同。调研发现,浙沪两地教师对实施综合素质评价持支持态度,具有较强的主观意愿和内在动机。但低分题项分析结果显示,部分教师并未在此实施过程中获得足够的满足感,并认为综合素质评价因其可操作性较差而难以在具体的课堂教学活动中顺利开展。在新时期,高中教师对综合素质评价改革认同感的提升需推进以下路径:综合素质评价制度的构筑要获得深度的“文化认同”,应积极提升教师对学生综合素质评价的素养,扎实推进精准化的分层分类教师培训,进一步增强实施综合素质评价的支持保障系统。
