综合言语治疗用于儿童失语症的效果观察

目的综合言语治疗用于儿童失语症的效果观察。方法选取本院2017年2月~2018年2月68例失语症患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机法,分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用综合言语治疗,对比两组治疗效果。... 目的综合言语治疗用于儿童失语症的效果观察。方法选取本院2017年2月~2018年2月68例失语症患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机法,分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用综合言语治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组语言功能评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组语言功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合言语治疗用于儿童失语症具有良好的效果,能有效提高患儿的语言能力,同时能建立良好的护患关系,值得应用。 展开更多

目的:探讨低强度激光鼻腔内照射联合综合言语训练治疗脑梗死后失语症的效果。方法:通过对2016年1月-2019年2月在我院治疗的70例脑梗死后失语症患者随机分组,对照组患者给予常规治疗联合综合言语训练,实验组加用低强度激光鼻腔内照射治疗... 目的:探讨低强度激光鼻腔内照射联合综合言语训练治疗脑梗死后失语症的效果。方法:通过对2016年1月-2019年2月在我院治疗的70例脑梗死后失语症患者随机分组,对照组患者给予常规治疗联合综合言语训练,实验组加用低强度激光鼻腔内照射治疗,观察比较两组西部失语症成套检查量表WAB评分,失语商(AQ)评分指数,血液流变学指标差异。结果:治疗后实验组自发言语(15.73±2.45)分、复述(8.56±1.12)分、命名(8.21±0.78)分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后实验组AQ指数(66.81±19.95)分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组全血粘度高切(5.76±0.21)mPa·s、血浆粘度(1.56±0.45)mPa·s、纤维蛋白原(4.44±0.21)g/L、红细胞压积(45.11±2.16)%同对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死后失语症患者应用低强度激光鼻腔内照射联合综合言语训练治疗可显著提高患者言语功能,改善血液流变学指标,促进患者恢复,值得推广应用。 展开更多

The requirements of the college English curriculum teaching put forward the teaching objectives to cultivate the English comprehensive application abilities of the students, and improve their cultural qualities and their abilities of the independent learning, which pointed out the direction for the reform of the college English teaching. The language teaching mode based on the contents of the subject advocates that the knowledge learning and the language learning with the combination of the contents of the discipline, to develop the students' independent learning abilities, is a feasible and effective way to achieve the goal of the college English teaching. To cultivate the students' practical ability of using English is the basic task of the English teaching and learning. But China's current college English education failed to organically and effectively combine the teaching of the language knowledge and the cultivation of the language abilities and the teaching of the knowledge, leading to the existence of the obvious price scissors in the students' language knowledge and the language abilities. Therefore, the key to the reform of the college English teaching is to correctly position the roles of the foreign language teachers, change the classroom teaching into the process of the two-way interaction between the teachers and the students, focus on the cultivation of the students' intercultural communicative competence, so that the students' language knowledge and their language abilities can promote each other, and obtain the coordinative development, to better adapt to the requirements of the times. 展开更多

Currently, the OGC GML (Geography Markup Language) specification has been the de facto standard for GIS data sharing and exchanging and spatial interoperation. Adopting nested association expression approach of XML data, GML data documents can store both spatial information and semantic relationship information of geographical elements. To improve the efficiency of path query on GML two type information, the paper describes a holistic index method for GML data, which we call EKR^+ (optimized R+-tree base on Extend Region Code and K-means extent partition of GML feature elements). The experiment results show that the efficiency of semantic-spatial query can be improved greatly by utilizing EKR^+. 展开更多
