关于开放教育教学模式的认识与初步实践

This paper introduces the teaching and administering practice of Shanghai RTVU’s open education programmes. The author posits that entrance policy should be open, and that the teaching and managementshould be student-centred. He introduces the experiment in live broadcasting and interactive video system inShanghai RTVU, and also the practice and networks for the BA program.
