基于路况与资金平衡的网级养护投资决策优化 被引量:2

作者针对传统养护决策以路面为主、缺少宏观全资产决策的不足,以路网公路养护投资决策为对象,以同时满足路网规划期年度养护费用及宏观路况为目标,建立MQI简化模型、路况&养护费用模型,提出网级投资决策方法及流程,并以5条高速公路... 作者针对传统养护决策以路面为主、缺少宏观全资产决策的不足,以路网公路养护投资决策为对象,以同时满足路网规划期年度养护费用及宏观路况为目标,建立MQI简化模型、路况&养护费用模型,提出网级投资决策方法及流程,并以5条高速公路为例进行应用示范。结果表明:文中提出的"MQI水平总控、分项路况框选、资金条件遴选"的三步快速优化法,能获得同时满足资金及路况双重约束目标下的路网全资产投资组合,决策流程较传统方法简化,效率大为提升,能指导规划期公路养护资金的有序投入;网级投资决策路况模型中,建议简化MQI计算,仅考虑路面与桥隧工程;养护费用预估模型须区分路面工程、桥隧工程进行,且基于路网历年投入,建立路网加权日交通量、分项路况指标(PQI或BCI)与分项(路面、桥隧)养护费用的关系。 展开更多

This paper presents algorithms for vision-based tracking and classification of vehicles in image sequences of traffic scenes recorded by a stationary camera. In the algorithms, the central moment and extended Kalman filter of tracking processes optimizes the amount of spent computational resources. Moreover, it robust to many difficult situations such as partial or full occlusions of vehicles. Vehicle classification performance is improved by Bayesian network, especially from incomplete data. The methods are test on a single Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.4 GHz and the frame rate is 25 frames/s. Experimental results from highway scenes are provided, which demonstrate the effectiveness and robust of the methods. 展开更多
