生态环境监测网络的建设是一项系统性的工作,基于生态环境保护和环境监测工作的需求,生态环境监测网络的建设也需要在整体的方案规划和具体的技术应用上注重合理性和科学性。从我国的生态环境保护现状上来讲,随着生态环境保护工作备受... 生态环境监测网络的建设是一项系统性的工作,基于生态环境保护和环境监测工作的需求,生态环境监测网络的建设也需要在整体的方案规划和具体的技术应用上注重合理性和科学性。从我国的生态环境保护现状上来讲,随着生态环境保护工作备受重视和一系列针对性的生态环境保护治理政策的提出,环境监测工作在环境保护工作中的重要地位也越来越突出地体现出来。建立系统性的生态环境监测网络为生态环境的监测工作提供服务,是取得更好的环境保护效果的重要基础。但目前我国的生态环境监测、网络构建遇到了一系列的问题与阻力,具体表现为监测技术的先进性不足、政府部门的辅助监督作用有待进一步提升、生态环境监测工作中的细节监测指标缺乏合理规划制定。需要通过不断完善建设生态环境质量监测网络、创新完善政府的宏观监督调控方式、充分应用先进的技术系统,提高环境监测质量为取得更好的生态环境监测网络应用效果提供重要的支持。 展开更多

Agricultural system is very complex since it deals with large data situation which comes from a number of factors. A lot of techniques and approaches have been used to identify any interactions between factors that affecting yields with the crop performances. The application of neural network to the task of solving non-linear and complex systems is promising. This paper presents a review on the use of artificial neural network (ANN) in predicting crop yield using various crop performance factors. General overview on the application of ANN and the basic concept of neural network architecture are also presented. From the literature, it has been shown that ANN provides better interpretation of crop variability compared to the other methods. 展开更多
