基于PLC的多层数字控制网络及其在电力系统动态模拟控制中的应用

介绍了一种基于PLC的多层数字控制网络方案,利用数字技术代替传统的动态模拟控制方法。该方案结合动模控制的特点,通过组建多层控制网络,实现了各种控制功能,可在很大程度上提高系统的控制水平,并使系统具有极强的灵活性,可靠性,可扩展性。

指出基于通用PC的数控技术存在系统资源与需求不匹配、操作系统不适应于实时控制、系统的核心硬软件不具有自主知识产权等问题,认为嵌入式技术是网络数控技术与系统未来发展的方向之一。提出一种基于嵌入式技术的网络数控系统硬件和软... 指出基于通用PC的数控技术存在系统资源与需求不匹配、操作系统不适应于实时控制、系统的核心硬软件不具有自主知识产权等问题,认为嵌入式技术是网络数控技术与系统未来发展的方向之一。提出一种基于嵌入式技术的网络数控系统硬件和软件体系,开发与仿真环境。硬件结构由显示及输入装置、嵌入式数控单元、嵌入式可编程序逻辑控制器、嵌入式伺服控制模块、高速现场总线和以太网共同组成,软件体系结构由控制与运算软件、组态软件模块、嵌入式操作系统、辅助设计系统和控制仿真系统组成,能够实现基于通用PC数控系统的所有功能。规划了嵌入式网络数控软件自动生成与辅助开发过程,以及嵌入式可编程序逻辑控制器辅助开发与软件生成过程。提出嵌入式新型网络数控系统中央数控单元硬件实现方案,搭建起中央数控单元先进精简指令集处理器和数字信号处理器的软件架构。基于嵌入式技术的网络数控系统的最大特点是中央数字控制单元不再是一个通用的计算机系统,而是一个嵌入式计算机系统,不但运算能力强、结构灵活和成本低廉,而且具有通用性强、可组合、易扩展、可伸缩和开放性等特点。 展开更多

Two basic platforms are discussed: A uniform transmission network and a uniform data warehouse. An actual,ControlNet based,transmission network plat-form suitable for the Jining No.3 coal mine is presented. This network is an information superhighway intended to inte-grate all existing and new automation subsystems. Its standard interface can be used with future subsystems. The net-work,data structure and management decision-making all employ this uniform hardware and software. This effectively avoids the problems of system and information islands seen in traditional mine-automation systems. The construction of the network provides a stable foundation for digital communication in the Jining No.3 coal mine. 展开更多

The interaction between the heat source location, its intensity, thermal expansion coefficient, the machine system configuration and the running environment creates complex thermal behavior of a machine tool, and also makes thermal error prediction difficult. To address this issue, a novel prediction method for machine tool thermal error based on Bayesian networks (BNs) was presented. The method described causal relationships of factors inducing thermal deformation by graph theory and estimated the thermal error by Bayesian statistical techniques. Due to the effective combination of domain knowledge and sampled data, the BN method could adapt to the change of running state of machine, and obtain satisfactory prediction accuracy. Ex- periments on spindle thermal deformation were conducted to evaluate the modeling performance. Experimental results indicate that the BN method performs far better than the least squares (LS) analysis in terms of modeling estimation accuracy. 展开更多

In order to improve the bidirectional associative memory(BAM) performance, a modified BAM model(MBAM) is used to enhance neural network(NN)’s memory capacity and error correction capability, theoretical analysis and experiment results illuminate that MBAM performs much better than the original BAM. The MBAM is used in computer numeric control(CNC) machine fault diagnosis, it not only can complete fault diagnosis correctly but also have fairly high error correction capability for disturbed Input Information sequence.Moreover MBAM model is a more convenient and effective method of solving the problem of CNC electric system fault diagnosis. 展开更多

In this paper,the network reliability of an actual digital instrument and control system (DICS) network is analyzed by using GO-FLOW methodology (GFM).The evaluations of common-cause failure (CCF) and uncertainty are incorporated.Three significant CCF groups (real time servers,gateways,reactor protection system) and three typical time intervals (10 min,1 h,and 24 h) are selected in the analysis.It is concluded that the network contribution of CCF accounts for over 68% of the system failure probability.The result indicates that GFM is suitable for the network reliability analysis. 展开更多
