First, a new way for boosting sustainable progress of systematic metal materials science (SMMS) and alloy gene engineering (AGE) is to establish holographic alloy positioning design (HAPD) system, of which the base consists of measurement and calculation center, SMMS center, AGE center, HAPD information center and HAPD cybernation center; Second, the resonance activating-sychro alternating mechanism of atom movement may be divided into the located and oriented diffuse modes; Third, the equilibrium and subequilibrium holographic network phase diagrams are blueprints and operable platform for researchers to discover, design, manufacture and deploy advanced alloys, which are obtained respectively by the equilibrium lever numerical method and cross point numerical method of isothermal Gibbs energy curves. As clicking each network point, the holographic information of three structure levels for the designed alloy may be readily obtained: the phase constitution and fraction, phase arranging structure and properties of organization; the composition, alloy gene arranging structure and properties of each phase and the electronic structures and properties of alloy genes. Impacts of Packet Collisions on Link Throughput in CSMA Wireless Networks 被引量:3

It is known that packet collisions in wireless networks will deteriorate system performance, hence substantial efforts have been made to avoid collision in multi-user access designs. Also, there have been many studies on throughput analysis of CSMA wireless networks. However, for a typical CSMA network in which not all nodes can sense each other, it is still not well investigated how link throughputs are affected by collisions. We note that in practical 802.11-like networks, the time is divided into mini-timeslots and packet collisions are in fact unavoidable. Thus, it is desirable to move forward to explore how collisions in such a network will affect system performance. Based on the collision-free ideal CSMA network(ICN) model, this paper attempts to analyze link throughputs when taking the backoff collisions into account and examine the effect of collisions on link throughputs. Specifically, we propose an Extended Ideal CSMA Network(EICN) model to characterize the collision effects as well as the interactions and dependency among links in the network. Based on EICN, we could directly compute link throughputs and collision probabilities. Simulations show that the EICN model is of high accuracy. Under various network topologies and protocol parameter settings, the computation error of link throughputs using EICN is kept to 4% or below. Interestingly, we find that unlike expected, the effect of collisions on link throughputs in a modest CSMA wireless network is not significant, which enriches our understanding on practical CSMA wireless networks such as Wi-Fi. 展开更多

Numerical results have shown that the duplication-divergence network with larger retention probability a is more robust against target attack relatively. Furthermore, duplication-divergence network is broken down more quickly than its counterpart BA network under target attack. Such result is consistent with the fact of WWW and Internet networks under target attack. So duplication-divergence model is a more realistic one for us to investigate the characteristics of the world wide web in future. We also observe that the exponent γ of degree distribution and average degree are important parameters of networks, reflecting the performance of networks under target attack. To avoid unstable learning, a stable adaptive learning algorithm was proposed for discrete-time recurrent neural networks. Unlike the dynamic gradient methods, such as the backpropagation through time and the real time recurrent learning, the weights of the recurrent neural networks were updated online in terms of Lyapunov stability theory in the proposed learning algorithm, so the learning stability was guaranteed. With the inversion of the activation function of the recurrent neural networks, the proposed learning algorithm can be easily implemented for solving varying nonlinear adaptive learning problems and fast convergence of the adaptive learning process can be achieved. Simulation experiments in pattern recognition show that only 5 iterations are needed for the storage of a 15×15 binary image pattern and only 9 iterations are needed for the perfect realization of an analog vector by an equilibrium state with the proposed learning algorithm. 展开更多

In rare cases rolling bearings fail by WEC (white etching crack) damage before reaching their calculated rating life, if so called additional loads are applied on the bearing in addition to the normal Hertzian stress (PHz). A number of additional loads have been identified by means of tests with rolling bearings. These can be small direct currents as a result of electrostatic charge or large alternating currents from inverter-fed drives that unintentionally flow through the bearing. WEC damages can also be initiated by a pure mechanical additional load which is dependent on factors including the bearing kinematics but also on the dynamics of the drive train. The current state of knowledge on this subject is presented and taken as the basis for developing a hypothesis on the WEC damage mechanism. If load situations critical for WEC cannot be avoided, the risk of WEC can be considerably reduced by the selection of suitable materials and coatings as well as, in some cases, of suitable lubricants. 展开更多

In this research, a method called ANNMG is presented to integrate Artificial Neural Networks and Geostatistics for optimum mineral reserve evaluation. The word ANNMG simply means Artificial Neural Network Model integrated with Geostatiscs, In this procedure, the Artificial Neural Network was trained, tested and validated using assay values obtained from exploratory drillholes. Next, the validated model was used to generalize mineral grades at known and unknown sampled locations inside the drilling region respectively. Finally, the reproduced and generalized assay values were combined and fed to geostatistics in order to develop a geological 3D block model. The regression analysis revealed that the predicted sample grades were in close proximity to the actual sample grades, The generalized grades from the ANNMG show that this process could be used to complement exploration activities thereby reducing drilling requirement. It could also be an effective mineral reserve evaluation method that could oroduce optimum block model for mine design. 展开更多

A new public transportation system design problem that simultaneously considers both bus network design and public bicycle network design is proposed. The chemical reaction optimization(CRO) is designed to solve the problem. A shortcoming of CRO is that, when the two-molecule collisions take place, the molecules are randomly picked from the container.Hence, we improve CRO by employing different mating strategies. The computational results confirm the benefits of the mating strategies. Numerical experiments are conducted on the Sioux-Falls network. A comparison with the traditional sequential modeling framework indicates that the proposed approach has a better performance and is more robust. The practical applicability of the approach is proved by employing a real size network. 展开更多

目的:建立基于人工智能的不孕症中医辨证模型,为不孕症中医智能辨证模型的构建与应用提供方法和依据。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方期刊数据库、中医智库、古今病案云平台,收集关于不孕症的中医名医病案300例,建立不孕症病案中医... 目的:建立基于人工智能的不孕症中医辨证模型,为不孕症中医智能辨证模型的构建与应用提供方法和依据。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方期刊数据库、中医智库、古今病案云平台,收集关于不孕症的中医名医病案300例,建立不孕症病案中医信息数据库,采用经过超参数调优的随机森林(RF)、支持向量分类(SVC)、K-近邻(KNN)、人工神经网络(ANN)及统计学注意力神经网络模型(SANN)对数据集进行量化分析,建立不孕症辨证模型,采用五折交叉验证对模型进行评价,评价指标包括Accuracy、Precision、Recall、F1。结果:不孕症中医四诊信息为输入变量共86项,输出变量为不孕症中医证型共6项。5种模型的拟合效果较好,Accuracy、Precision、Recall、F1值均在0.77以上;其中SANN模型的准确率、查准率与查全率最高,Accuracy、Precision、Recall、F1分别为0.90、0.90、0.91、0.90,均高于其他算法模型,其参数的中医解释基本符合中医诊断原理。结论:基于SANN算法模型建立的不孕症中医辨证模型具有良好的诊断能力,将人工智能应用于不孕症中医辨证模型的构建与临床应用方法学可行,且具有较高的准确率。 展开更多

It is found that this new phenomenological parameter plays an important role in the evolution of networks: the underlying evolving networks may undergo a different phases depending on the q exponents, comparing to the original B-B fitness model, and the corresponding critical transition temperature Tc is also identified. 展开更多
