目的探讨经纤支镜射频置管建立气道旁路肺减容术治疗绵羊肺气肿模型的有效性及优越性。方法将16只6月龄雌性绵羊随机分为A、B两组,木瓜蛋白酶方法建立肺气肿模型。A组经纤支镜射频建立气道旁路并放置支架,同时给予内科治疗,B组仅给予内... 目的探讨经纤支镜射频置管建立气道旁路肺减容术治疗绵羊肺气肿模型的有效性及优越性。方法将16只6月龄雌性绵羊随机分为A、B两组,木瓜蛋白酶方法建立肺气肿模型。A组经纤支镜射频建立气道旁路并放置支架,同时给予内科治疗,B组仅给予内科治疗。分别测两组绵羊术前和术后24h、4周、8周的第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1.0),且进行比较;A组定期行胸部CT检查,治疗8周处死动物,行病理学检查。结果成功复制绵羊肺气肿动物模型16只,A组术前、术中、术后无明显异常;A组胸部CT示术后4周及8周,在治疗区均出现肺容积缩小,出现肺不张表现;两组不同时间点FEV1.0水平差异有统计学意义(F时间=1 352.409,P<0.001),两种治疗手段效果差异有统计学意义(F组间=5 004.278,P<0.001),治疗手段和时间之间有交互作用(F交互=1 325.058,P<0.001);病理示A组治疗区见肺泡萎陷区,非治疗区域见肺气肿,肺泡萎陷区见粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润;B组见肺气肿的肺泡组织。结论该技术治疗绵羊肺气肿模型具有有效性及优越性。 展开更多

To meet the increasing demand of wireless broadband applications in future 5G cellular networks, Device-to-Device(D2D) communications serve as a candidate paradigm to improve spectrum efficiency. Considering the challenges after D2 D transmission is introduced for future cellular networks, this paper deals with mode selection and resource allocation issues related with D2 D communications. First, we propose a mode selection scheme which aims at guaranteeing the transmission of cellular users and also considering the potential interference. We analyze the condition under which D2 D underlay mode should be used. Second, we answer the question of "how to effectively reuse cellular resource once underlaying mode is adopted". We further present a resource allocation scheme that focuses on minimizing overall interference as well as a power control method to improve the performance of D2 D systems. Simulation results demonstrate that system parameters greatly affect the switching condition of mode selection and probability of choosing underlay mode. Furthermore, for D2 D underlaying scenario, the proposed resource allocation algorithm guarantees the transmission of cellular users with consideration of transmission requirements of D2 D users. Hence, the proposed scheme can achieve better user experience. 展开更多

In order to analyze the possibility of detecting defects in bend pipe using low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave, the propagation of T(0,1) mode and L(0,2) mode through straight-curved-straight pipe sections was studied. FE(finite element) models of bend pipe without defects and those with defects were introduced to analyze energy distribution, mode transition and defect detection of ultrasonic guided wave. FE simulation results were validated by experiments of four different bend pipes with circumferential defects in different positions. It is shown that most energy of T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode focuses on extrados of bend but little passes through intrados of bend, and T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode is converted to other possible non-axisymmetric modes when propagating through the bend and the defect after bend respectively. Furthermore, L(0,2) mode is more sensitive to circumferential notch than T(0,1) mode. The results of this work are beneficial for practical testing of pipes. 展开更多

Dynamic spectrum access policy is crucial in improving the performance of over- lay cognitive radio networks. Most of the previ- ous works on spectrum sensing and dynamic spe- ctrum access consider the sensing effective- ness and spectrum utilization as the design cri- teria, while ignoring the energy related issues and QoS constraints. In this article, we propose a QoS provisioning energy saving dynamic acc- ess policy using stochastic control theory con- sidering the time-varying characteristics of wir- eless channels because of fading and mobility. The proposed scheme determines the sensing action and selects the optimal spectrum using the corresponding power setting in each decis- ion epoch according to the channel state with the objective being to minimise both the flame error rate and energy consumption. We use the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to model a wir- eless channel, since the channel state is not dir- ectly observable at the receiver, but is instead embedded in the received signal. The proced- ure of dynamic spectrum access is formulated as a Markov decision process which can be sol- ved using linear programming and the primal- dual index heuristic algorithm, and the obta- ined policy has an index-ability property that can be easily implemented in real systems. This paper presents the architectures, algorithms, and implementation considerations of the digital phase locked loop (DPLL) used for burst-mode packet DS-CDMA receivers. As we know, carrier offset is a rather challenging problem in CDMA system. According to different applications, different DPLL forms should be adopted to correct different maximum carrier offset in CDMA systems. One classical DPLL and two novel DPLL forms are discussed in the paper. The acquisition range of carrier offset can be widened by using the two novel DPLL forms without any performance degradation such as longer acquisition time or larger variance of the phase error. The maximum acquisition range is 1/(4T), where T is the symbol period. The design can be implemented by FPGA directly. 展开更多

The wireless capsule endoscope,as a small electronic device,has conquered some limitations of traditional wired diagnosing tools,such as the uncomfortableness of the cables for the patient and the inability to examine the very convoluted small intestine section.However,this technique is still encountering a lot of practical challenges and is looking for feasible improvements.This work investigates the RF performance of the wireless capsule endoscope system by studying the electromagnetic(EM) wave propagation within the human body.A wireless capsule endoscopy transmission channel model is constructed to serve the purpose of investigating signal attenuations according to the relative position between the transmitter and the receiver.Within 300-500 MHz,the S_(21) results are regular and do not display any sudden changes,which allows a suitable expression to be derived for S_(21) in terms of frequency and offset.The results provide useful information for capsule localization. 展开更多

In this letter,the sensitivity of an uplink Multi-Tone Code-Division Multiple Access (MT-CDMA) system to the Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) is investigated. The analytical expression for the Bit Error Rate (BER) of uplink MT-CDMA in the presence of CFO is derived in a multipath Rayleigh fading channel which is verified through simulations. Both Maximal Ratio Combining (MRC) and Equal Gain Combining (EGC) are considered in combining multipath signals in the analysis. It is found that the BER performance can be improved with the number of multipath increasing in the presence of CFO. 展开更多

The key concept of spectrum response estimation with commercial software,such as the SESAM software tool,typically includes two main steps:finding a suitable loading spectrum and computing the response amplitude operators(RAOs) subjected to a frequency-specified wave component.In this paper,we propose a nontraditional spectrum response estimation method that uses a numerical representation of the retardation functions.Based on estimated added mass and damping matrices of the structure,we decompose and replace the convolution terms with a series of poles and corresponding residues in the Laplace domain.Then,we estimate the power density corresponding to each frequency component using the improved periodogram method.The advantage of this approach is that the frequency-dependent motion equations in the time domain can be transformed into the Laplace domain without requiring Laplace-domain expressions for the added mass and damping.To validate the proposed method,we use a numerical semi-submerged pontoon from the SESAM.The numerical results show that the responses of the proposed method match well with those obtained from the traditional method.Furthermore,the estimated spectrum also matches well,which indicates its potential application to deep-water floating structures. 展开更多

目的探讨优质护理服务在鼻内镜下腺样体等离子射频消融联合鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎围手术期的应用效果。方法选取收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿96例,均接受鼻内镜下腺样体等离子射频消融联合鼓膜置管术治疗。将上半年住院治疗的患儿作为... 目的探讨优质护理服务在鼻内镜下腺样体等离子射频消融联合鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎围手术期的应用效果。方法选取收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿96例,均接受鼻内镜下腺样体等离子射频消融联合鼓膜置管术治疗。将上半年住院治疗的患儿作为对照组,将下半年治疗的患儿作为观察组,每组48例。其中对照组患儿围手术期间采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理服务。观察两组患儿的治愈、感染、复发、并发症发生率及患儿及家属对护理的满意度。结果观察组患儿中耳炎治愈率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),治愈、感染、复发率均低于对照组(均P〈0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),患儿及家属对护理满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在鼻内镜下腺样体等离子射频消融联合鼓膜置管术中采取优质护理服务能够有效的提高分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛应用。 展开更多

We presented a novel framework for automatic behavior clustering and unsupervised anomaly detection in a large video set. The framework consisted of the following key components: 1 ) Drawing from natural language processing, we introduced a compact and effective behavior representation method as a stochastic sequence of spatiotemporal events, where we analyzed the global structural information of behaviors using their local action statistics. 2) The natural grouping of behavior patterns was discovered through a novel clustering algorithm. 3 ) A run-time accumulative anomaly measure was introduced to detect abnormal behavior, whereas normal behavior patterns were recognized when sufficient visual evidence had become available based on an online Likelihood Ratio Test (LRT) method. This ensured robust and reliable anomaly detection and normal behavior recognition at the shortest possible time. Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness and robustness of our approach using noisy and sparse data sets collected from a real surveillance scenario. 展开更多

As the earliest invented and utilized communication approach, shortwave, known as high frequency(HF) communication now experience the deterioration of HF electromagnetic environment. Finding quality frequency in efficient manner becomes one of the key challenges in HF communication. Spectrum prediction infers the future spectrum status from history spectrum data by exploring the inherent correlations and regularities. The investigation of HF electromagnetic environment data reveals the correlations and predictability of HF frequency band in both time and frequency domain. To solve this problem, we develop a Spectrum Prediction-based Frequency Band Pre-selection(SP-FBP) for HF communications. The pre-selection of HF frequency band mainly incorporated in prediction of HF spectrum occupancy and prediction of HF usable frequency, which provide the frequency band ranking of spectrum occupancy and alternative frequency for spectrum sensing, respectively. Performance evaluation via real-world HF spectrum data shows that SP-FBP significantly improves the efficiency of finding quality frequency in HF communications. 展开更多

To obtain the stable temperature field required for growing sapphire crystals, the influence of relative positions between RF coil and crucible on the performances of sapphires produced by edge-defined film-fed growth(EFG) technique was investigated. For comparison, the crucible was located at the top(case A) and the middle(case B) of the RF coil, respectively. Furthermore, the lattice integrities were studied by the double-crystal X-ray diffraction, and the dislocations were observed under the optical microscope and atomic force microscope after corroding in molten KOH at 390 ℃. The crystals in case B exhibit better lattice integrity with smaller full width at half maximum of 29.13 rad·s, while the value in case A is 45.17 rad·s. The morphologies of dislocation etch pits in both cases show typical triangular symmetry with smooth surfaces. However, the dislocation density of 2.8×104 cm-2 in case B is only half of that in case A, and the distribution is more uniform, compared to the U-shaper in case A. 展开更多

The correlation item is the training sequence instead of the received signal in the new algorithm. Simulation results show that the performance of the new algo- rithm is 4dB-9dB better than that of Schmidl's algorithm. Coarse frequency offset estimation is also discussed in this paper, which is the improvement of Zhang's method. The estimation range using the improvement method is twice as that using the Zhang's method. Based on the hardware of the receiver and the improved algorithm, a method using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is proposed to implement the coarse frequency estimation. The chip area of OFDM system can be reduced by using the proposed method. 展开更多

In this paper, Moose scheme is used for frequency offset estimation in OFDMA uplink svstems due to that the signals from different users can be easily distinguished in frequency domain. However, differential multiple access interference (MAI) will deteriorate the frequency offset estimation performances, especially in interleaved OFDMA system. Analysis and simulation results manifest that frequency offset estimation by Moose scheme in block OFDMA system is more robust than that in interleaved OFDMA systern. And an iterative interference cancellation method has been proposed to suppress the differential MAI interference for interleaved OFDMA system, in which Moose scheme is the special case of the number of iteration is equal to one. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the performance with the increase of the number of iterations. In consideration of the performance and complexity, the proposed method with two iterations is selected. And the full comparison results of the proposed iterative method with two iterations and that with one iteration (conventional Moose scheme) are given in the paper, which sufficiently demonstrate that the performance gain can be obtained by the interference cancellation operation in interleaved OFDMA system. 展开更多

Modified constant modulus and recursive least squares (MCMA-RLS) algorithm is proposed to cancel interference caused by the variable frequency offset (FO) in the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. The MCMA-RLS algorithm is composed of two stages including MCMA scheme and RLS scheme. MCMA is selected to pre-cancel the variable frequency offset firstly, and then the residual interference has been canceled by the RLS scheme. Factors for determining the spindle size are the shaft diameter, positions of bearing and motor, and entire length of the spindle. Then, it is important to find the assembling of the optimal design variables, which satisfy the stiffimss and rotational speed required to the spindle. A general full factorial design method was used to verify some factors that affect the natural frequency of a spindle. It is verified that the shorter shaft length and bearing span length represent the higher natural frequency, and there are some effects according to the change in the levels of factors. The detailed spindle dimension is determined by applying an EVD method, which can define the optimal bearing position through considering the limiting condition. Based on the estimated regression model, the optimal spindle size and bearing distance that can improve the primary natural frequency are obtained, and the influence of design factors on the natural frequency is also analyzed. 展开更多
