Video sensors and agricultural IoT(internet of things) have been widely used in the informationalized orchards.In order to realize intelligent-unattended early warning for disease-pest,this paper presents convolutiona...Video sensors and agricultural IoT(internet of things) have been widely used in the informationalized orchards.In order to realize intelligent-unattended early warning for disease-pest,this paper presents convolutional neural network(CNN) early warning for apple skin lesion image,which is real-time acquired by infrared video sensor.More specifically,as to skin lesion image,a suite of processing methods is devised to simulate the disturbance of variable orientation and light condition which occurs in orchards.It designs a method to recognize apple pathologic images based on CNN,and formulates a self-adaptive momentum rule to update CNN parameters.For example,a series of experiments are carried out on the recognition of fruit lesion image of apple trees for early warning.The results demonstrate that compared with the shallow learning algorithms and other involved,wellknown deep learning methods,the recognition accuracy of the proposal is up to 96.08%,with a fairly quick convergence,and it also presents satisfying smoothness and stableness after convergence.In addition,statistics on different benchmark datasets prove that it is fairly effective to other image patterns concerned.展开更多
Background There were limited data comparing the major clinical outcomes between first-generation (1G)-drug eluting stentts (DES) and second-generation (2G)-DES in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI...Background There were limited data comparing the major clinical outcomes between first-generation (1G)-drug eluting stentts (DES) and second-generation (2G)-DES in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during very long follow-up periods. We thought to investigate the comparative efficacy and safety of 2G-DES compared with 1G-DES in AMI patients during 5-year follow-up periods. Method A total of 1016 eligible AMI patients who underwent PCI with 1G-DES [paclitaxel-, sirolimus-, 1G-zotarolimus-eluting stent (endeavor~ or endeavor sprintS), n = 554] or 2G-DES [2G-zotarolimus (endeavor resolute~)- or everolimus-eluting stent, n = 462] were enrolled. The primary endpoint was the occurrence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) defined as total death, non-fatal myocardial infarction (MI), target lesion revascularization (TLR), target vessel revascularization (TVR), non-target vessel revascularization (Non-TVR) and the secondary endpoint was stem thrombosis (ST) at 5 years. Results Two propensity score-ma- tched (PSM) groups (232 pairs, n = 464, C-statistic = 0.802) were generated. During the 5-year follow-up period, the cumulative incidence of TLR [hazard ratio (HR): 3.133; 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.539-6.376; P = 0.002], TVR (HR: 3.144; 95% CI: 1.59645.192; P = 0.001) and total revascularization rate (FIR: 1.874; 95% CI: 1.086-3.140; P = 0.023) were significantly higher in 1G-DES compared with 2G-DES after PSM. However, the incidence of total death, non-fatal MI and ST were similar between the two groups. Conclusion In this single-center and all-comers registry, 2G-DES's superiorities for TLR, TVP, and total revascularization in AMI patients suggested during 5-year clinical follow-up periods.展开更多

I argue the antithesis: Cage's 433" satisfies Langerian aesthetic theory, and is indeed "aesthetic" music. Cage does something more: he satisfies Langerian aesthetic theory, yet he is not limited by it. He does not simply create music, nor does he offer listeners a musical space. He creates what Gilles Deleuze and Fe1ix Guattari (1987) call a line of becoming that passes between music making and a musical space. In 4 minutes and 33 seconds of silence, Cage presents a sense of emptiness and numbness felt simultaneously with fullness and explosion. It is well known that the ocular contour was characterized by its skin structure relevant to fillings of soft tissue and concave-convex bones. With aging, it changed a lot due to the volume loss of soft tissue. In rec...It is well known that the ocular contour was characterized by its skin structure relevant to fillings of soft tissue and concave-convex bones. With aging, it changed a lot due to the volume loss of soft tissue. In recent studies, the aging process of the Asians whose eyelids flled with more soft tissue had signifcant impacts on the ocular contour. The aim of our work was to investigate the changes of the ocular contour of Asian people and establish a curve to describe it. In this study, it was demonstrated that the aging was not only linked to the distance between the inferior border of palpebral bag and the midpoint of palpebral fissure, but also correlated with the angle between palpebral fissure and the facial midline. Therefore, “Youthful Curve of Ocular Region” was established with measurements based on mentioned two areas. This curve went through the regions of upper and lower eyelid area and palpebral bags area. In addition, by using multivariate linear regression, a mathematical model to analyze this curve was obtained. The mathematical model was a crucial supplement to evaluate appearance age of ocular region in Asian people. Moreover, it had great potential in developments of anti-aging effects of eye cosmetics.展开更多
