建构区域高职教育“专业群长制”:基于“产业链长制”的思考 被引量:2

教育和产业迭相为用、互为体翼,是社会结构中较为稳固的“共同体”之一。近年来随着“产业链长制”的广泛实施,教育也必须做出相应的改革,以实现产教在供需链维度和价值链维度上的紧密对接。高职教育作为区域技术技能人才的主要供给侧,... 教育和产业迭相为用、互为体翼,是社会结构中较为稳固的“共同体”之一。近年来随着“产业链长制”的广泛实施,教育也必须做出相应的改革,以实现产教在供需链维度和价值链维度上的紧密对接。高职教育作为区域技术技能人才的主要供给侧,应根据职业教育适应性理念和结构性同构理论,借鉴“产业链长制”的发展图式与模型,建立区域高职教育“专业群长制”,形成“群长+群主”的联动管理责任体系,通过稳群、补群、强群和延群等措施,诊断与弥合区域内技术技能人才培养的“漏点”“堵点”和“断点”,为我国经济双循环发展格局和高质量教育体系构建提供人力保障。 展开更多

This paper analyzed how nutrient silicon and water temperature influenced the variation of phytoplankton growth and the change of its assemblage structure, and probed the different characteristics of the variation of phytoplankton growth and the different profiles of the change of its assemblage structure influenced by nutrient silicon and water temperature. Taking Jiaozhou Bay for example, this paper showed the process of both the variation of phytoplankton growth and the change of its assemblage structure, unveiled the mechanism of nutrient silicon and water temperature influencing the variation of phytoplankton growth and the change of its assemblage structure, and determined that nutrient silicon and water temperature were the motive power for the healthy running of the marine ecosystem. 展开更多

AIM: To explore the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at 8q24 and gastric cancer risk. METHODS: A case-control investigation including 212 gastric cancer patients and 377 healthy controls was conducted. The genotypes of SNPs (rs6983267, rs7008482 and rs10808555) were examined and established through polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Multivariate logistic regression models were used to evaluate the association between SNPs and gastric cancer. RESULTS: The genotype frequencies of rs6983267 in gastric cancer patients were obviously different from those in the control (P = 0.005). GT genotype of rs6983267 was associated with an increased risk of gastric cancer compared with GG genotype (adjusted odds ratio = 2.01, 95% confidence interval: 1.28-3.14). Further stratified analysis indicated that rs6983267 GT genotype facilitated the risk of gastric cancer of non-cardiac and intestinal type (OR: 2.638, 95% CI: 1.464-4.753; OR: 1.916, 95% CI: 1.166-3.150, respectively). CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates for the first time that rs6983267 is involved in susceptibility to gastric cancer, although further large-sample investigations are still needed. 展开更多

The experiment was conducted using a total of 1392 one-day-old, Cobb commercial male broilers to investigate the effects of a commercial probiotic addition in diet on growth, the development of the small intestine and microbial populations of broilers. Broilers were randomly allotted by BW to 1 of 6 replicate cages (29 chicks per cage) for each of 8 treatments in a randomized block design involving one factorial arrangement of treatments. Dietary treatments included the basal diet (including corn, soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed meal) added with 100 mg/kg antibiotic, 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25% or 0.3%. The experiment last 42 d and divided into the starter period (1-21 d) and the finisher period (22-42 d). The results showed that there were significant differences in broiler body weight (BW) (P〈0.001), average daily feed intake (ADFI) (P=0.033), relative length of the duodenum (P〈0.001), jejunum (P=0.008), ileum (P〈0.001) and the populations of lactobacillus (P〈0.001) and coliform (P〈0.001) in the rectum between the probiotics treatments and the control treatment only in the starter period of the trails. No significant differences were observed in intestinal morphology parameters in two periods of the experiment. Our results indicated that the probiotic was able to improve the performance of broiler chickens, and it was better in the starter period to be used than in the finisher period. 展开更多

Effect of ammonia at different concentrations on aerobic granular sludge and activated sludge was investigated in this study. Meanwhile, bacterial diversity variation and ammonia oxidizing bacterium (AOB) quantification within both kinds of sludge were monitored by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) and real-time PCR (RT-PCR) technique, respectively. The results showed that the COD removal of both kinds of sludge changed slightly when the ammonia removal efficiency decreased gradually with the ammonia concentration increased from 100 mg L^-1 to 500 mg L^-1 Furthermore, activated sludge demonstrated higher ammonia removal ability than that of aerobic granular sludge (10%- 16%). As revealed by T-RFLP, activated sludge was of higher ammonia removal ability and more abounding bacterial diversity than that of aerobic granular sludge, suggesting that the bacterial diversity was probably relevant to the ammonia removal. The RT-PCR results indicated that the AOB population size of activated sludge and aerobic granular sludge were 2.80× 10^4-3.44× 10^4cells (g dried sludge)^-1 and 7.83×10^4-1.18×10^5cells (g dried sludge)^-1, respectively. There is no obvious positive correlation between the ammonia removal ability and number of AOB in both kinds of sludge. 展开更多

The improvement in synthetic skills has led to many successful syntheses of nanostructures including zerodimensional (0D) nanoclusters, one-dimensional (1D) nanowires, two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets and other higher-level complex nanostructures, where cluster-assembly of primary nanocrystals is a common process. In this review, progress in ultrathin nanocrystals in the last decade and several important factors in the growth mechanisms are covered. By giving examples of cluster assembly from 1D to 3D nanostructures, the utility of cluster assembly in the synthesis of new materials has been demonstrated. 展开更多
