Addressing the difficulties teachers encounter in integrating pre-class and in-class activities, the problem of students’ fixed mindsets adapting to the flipped classroom, and the impact of family support on students’ learning outcomes, this paper proposes solutions such as raising awareness of flipped classrooms, utilizing digital technology to enhance pre-class learning efficiency, and adopting innovative teaching strategies in the classroom. The paper emphasizes that flipped classrooms provide opportunities for personalized learning and deep engagement for students while highlighting the need for continuous improvement and optimization of teaching methods to promote sustainable development in education.展开更多
