目的 :前期研究结果证明黑曲霉具有提高小鼠耐缺氧和耐热作用 ,在此基础上 ,我们进一步研究了黑曲霉对小鼠的耐低温和提高耐力作用。方法 :随机分组 ,设给药组、空白对照组和阳性对照组 (红参 ) ,实验时分别灌服黑曲霉、生理盐水和红参... 目的 :前期研究结果证明黑曲霉具有提高小鼠耐缺氧和耐热作用 ,在此基础上 ,我们进一步研究了黑曲霉对小鼠的耐低温和提高耐力作用。方法 :随机分组 ,设给药组、空白对照组和阳性对照组 (红参 ) ,实验时分别灌服黑曲霉、生理盐水和红参。疗程结束后对实验动物进行耐低温试验和游泳试验。结果 :黑曲霉能显著延长实验小鼠在低温环境 (- 10℃ )下的存活时间 ,可明显提高耐力 ,作用强度大于红参。结论 :黑曲霉对实验动物具有提高耐低温和耐力作用 ,具有进一步开发利用的前景。 展开更多

Main properties of ultra-high performance fiber reinforced cement composites under couple effect of load and environment

This study aims to reveal the mechanism that how the content of steel fibers and strength grades affect the macro performance of the ultra-high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite (UHPFRCC) and to study the UHPFRCC durability under the combined effect of loads and environments. Three types of high and ultra-high performance fiber reinforced cement composites with different strength grades (100, 150, 200 MPa) and different steel fiber volume fractions (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%) are prepared. The main properties of mechanical performance and short-term durability are studied. A preloading frame is designed to apply a four- point load external flexural stress with a stress selection ratio of 0.5 for UHPFRCC150 specimens. The results show that the growth in strength grade with a proper content of steel fiber greatly increases the strength and toughness of the HPFRCC and the UHPFRCC while decreasing the dry-shrinkage ratio. For the loaded specimens, the existence of steel fiber can reduce the negative influence of tensile stress on the Cl- penetration resistance of the UHPFRCC in addition to improving its ability to resist the freeze-thaw damage. 展开更多

Objective To explore the interaction of Anxa2 with P-Glycoprotein (P-gp) in the migration and invasion of the multidrug-resistant (MDR) human breast cancer cell line MCF-7/ADR. Methods A pair of short hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting P-gp was transfected into MCF-7/ADR cells, and monoclonal cell strains were screened. The expression of P-gp was detected by Western blot. Transwell chambers were used to observe the cell migration capacity and invasion ability. The interaction between P-gp and Anxa2 was examined by immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence confocal microscopy analyses. Results P-gp expression was significantly knocked down, and there were notable decreasing trends in the migration and invasion capability of MDR breast cancer cells (P〈0.05). There was a close interaction between Anxa2 and P-gp. Conclusions MCF-7/ADR is an MDR human breast cancer cell line with high migration and invasion abilities. The knockdown of P-gp notably impaired the migration and invasion abilities of the tumor cells. The interaction of Anxa2 with P-pg may play an important role in time enhanced invasiveness of MDR human breast cancer cells. 展开更多
