Through difference comparison, correlation analysis, and mediation effect test, it is found that vocational expectations of secondary vocational students have a significant direct effect on career decision-making self-efficacy, and social support plays a partial mediating role between career expectations and career decision-making self-efficacy. Vocational expectations of secondary vocational students can not only directly affect their career decision-making self-efficacy, but also indirectly affect their career decision-making self-efficacy through the mediating effect of social support. Vocational colleges should start from the following aspects to improve students’ self-efficacy in career decision-making: carrying out various forms of practical activities, and realizing the whole-process integration of career expectations and social practice;playing the role of social support, creating high-quality curriculum resources, and improving career decision-making self-efficacy.展开更多
