评估:高等职业教育深化改革的激励源——广东2004-2007年高职高专院校评估成效述评

2004-2007年,广东20所院校接受了高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估。各院校将评估作为提高办学水平,增强综合实力的重要机遇,积极谋划学院的建设和发展,进一步明确办学指导思想,凝炼办学理念,改善办学条件,加快教学基本建设,推进教育教学改革,人才培养工作上了一个新台阶。评估有力地推动了学校的改革与建设,成为高等职业教育深化改革的激励源。

“产出导向法”指导下的高职高专职业英语翻转课堂应用研究

“产出导向法”是文秋芳教授创建的旨在改进国内大学英语教学效果的教学理论。而近年来兴起的翻转课堂教学模式带来了课堂教学的结构性革新。笔者结合当前翻转课堂教学所遇到的困境,尝试使用“产出导向法”对高职高专职业英语翻转课堂进行指导和优化,并使用新的教学模式进行初步的课堂实践应用。结果表明,“产出导向法”指导下的高职高专职业英语翻转课堂的教学效果优于传统教学。

微课结合案例教学法在高职高专职业院校助产学教学中的应用

探讨高职高专职业院校助产学教学过程中应用微课结合案例教学法的效果。方法 选取高职高专职业院校2021级助产学90名学生为对象,将其分组,分成对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规教学,研究组实施微课结合案例教学法,比较教学效果。结果 研究组各项考核成绩均较高,评判性思维能力相比对照组较高,教学满意度评价高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 针对高职高专职业院校助产学教学工作,通过微课结合案例教学法可提高教学效果,提高学生各项能力。

与时俱进 改进高职高专评估工作

2003年,教育部开展了高职高专院校人才培养水平评估试点工作.至年末,对首批26所独立设置的高等职业院校、高等专科学校和成人高等学校的评估已顺利进行完毕.

职高语文阅读教学的自主性研究

语文阅读课程不仅仅是一门简单的扩展学生文学素养的课程,更是一门培养学生审美、陶冶学生情操、帮助学生体味人生百态树立正确三观的指导性学科。职高学生由于学生们的学习能力与学习习惯差距过于悬殊,教师需要投入更多的精力培养学生如何正确的学习。同样,语文阅读课只有学生增强自己的自主性,自主自觉地学习才能有所收获。

高职高专室内设计方向课程教学探讨

高等职业教育以培养符合市场需求的创新型技能人才为目标,使受教育者具备职业工作能力,胜任相关工作岗位。所以高等职业教学要以企业需求为基本依据,以就业为导向,以能力为本位进行课程设计,培养具备室内设计专业技能、创新能力、艺术修养和职业素养的高素质人才。笔者针对如何开展课堂基础课教学和项目化教学进行了初步探究。

关于高职计算机网络技术专业特色培养模式探讨

职业教育是现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分,在实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略中具有特殊的重要地位。与传统的高等教育相比,高等职业教育有特定的教学目标,那就是要针对市场需求,培养市场需要的专门性职业技术人才。郑州大学软件技术学院是2003年被教育部批准的35所示范性高职高专软件职业技术学院建设单位之一,肩负着探索二年制高技能复合型人才培养模式的重任,因此如何注重学生的特色培养直接关系着示范性软件职业技术学院的成败。

计算机软件教学改革探究

一般情况来看,我们国家的计算机软件方面的专业人才普遍都是学校培养出来的,但是目前许多高职、高专职业院校所使用的教学模式还是以往的教学方案,并没跟随时代的脚步。而对这个日益进步的社会来说,以往的计算机培训模式已经不能满足社会需求。因此,各高职、高专职业学院应该研究出相对应的计算机软件教学模式,最好是形成自身独特的特征,从而与国际接轨,为国家培养优秀的专业人才。

A qualitative study on the experiences and attributions for resigned nurses with career plateau

Objectives:This study seeks to understand the experiences of nurses who resigned because of limited available career development opportunities and of the possible reasons for their resignation.Methods:Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine clinical nurses who experienced limitations in the development of their careers and consequently left their jobs to elicit their feelings and reasons for leaving.The content analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results:Two themes and four subthemes relating to the experiences and attributions of former nurses were identified.Nurses who experienced career plateau were disappointed with the current work and uncertainty about the future.The attribution of career plateau lies in unsatisfied personal needs and the absence of organizational support.Conclusions:Nurses had strong career plateau experiences before they left,and it caused a series of negative feelings in their practice.Establish a clear career development path and multi-dimensional support from the organization may be helpful to reduce the occurrence of career plateau,thus increasing the retention of nurses.

The Construction of the Major Clusters in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industrial Cluster

The development of industrial cluster plays a significant influence on the major construction of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, in combination with the practice of Jiangyin Polytechnic College, the interaction relationship between the construction of the major clusters in higher vocational colleges and the development of the regional industry clusters is analyzed, and then the significance and idea of constructing the maior clusters are introduced from the perspective of industrial cluster.

关于高职报关实训教学的探讨

我国高职高专院校最主要的特点是培养高素质技能型人才,而高素质技能型人才的培养不仅仅需要课堂上的理论教学,更重要的是实训教学,特别是对于报关这种实践性很强的专业。本文剖析了报关实训教学中存在的问题,并提出了一些解决措施。

Exploration and Practice of Public Vocational English Teaching Based on the of Vocational Education

Vocational English Teaching has reformed for many years, but I found the student＇ s under current English teaching and training of the public still can not effectively use English, the fundamental reason is that the concept adhered to this teaching is not a fundamental one in vocational education, and did not reflects its vocational education characteristics, and this feature is decided by the characteristics of higher vocational institutions themselves. The so-called concept of higher vocational education is the rational acknowledgement, the pursuit of ideals and the education thought of vocational education, it is a concept, a state. In vocational English teaching, in order to adhere to the concept of vocational education, the first thing to do is to reform the current teaching content; the following is to think deeply the teaching content change.

Analysis of the ideas of the construction of the classroom teaching mode of Higher Vocational English teaching in colleges in the new period

Higher vocational English teaching is a kind of education discipline which is more inclined to occupation and technology, whose basic teaching export is to lay foundation for their future employment. In terms of the social environment of the new period, along with the continuous improvement of the national open economic environment, the society pays more attention to the wide application of the tool of the English language. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of society, to lay a more favorable foundation of knowledge for the students is an important part of English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period. This article first analyzes the importance of English teaching reform in higher vocational education, and then analyzes the direction of curriculum reform from the angle of theory, and puts forward the concrete reform strategies.

Research on the Challenges for the Contemporary Higher Vocational English Education and Countermeasures under the Environment of Employment-Guided Approach

In this paper, we conduct research on the challenges for the contemporary higher vocational English education and countermeasures under the environment of employment-guided approach. Quality of higher vocational English teaching is related to the reputation of the college of vocational education and training quality, relating to cultivate advanced technology applied to adapt to the new situation requires the modern talents. Our proposed novel methodology enhances the performance of the traditional English pattern and helps optimize the teaching model as well.

The practice and reflection of providing the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services in Vocational Colleges libraries

Abstract ： Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Service is the major form for libraries to share resources.The librairies of universities or colleges can better guarantee the supply of document information ,accommodating to users＇ need for documents to the greatest extent.This article elaborates on the definition of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery as well as their significance with a key focus on the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery practice of Oriental Vocational and Technical College in Zhejiang, meanwhile it also puts forward some suggestions on how to better practisee the service of lnterlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

Research on development trend of Higher Vocational Students＇ Psychological Health

According to five consecutive year＇ s mental Health survey for freshmen in a higher vocational school, it is found that： vocational students＇ mental health is gradually improved; the most prominent psychological problems among higher vocational students are： compulsion, depression and interpersonal communication; boys＇ mental health is significantly better than girls＇ ; students from different grades have varies mental health problems.

On the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

The ideological and political education in vocational colleges has ＂employment oriented＂, ＂practicability＂ and ＂practicalness＂ and other features, while facing the practical difficulties that the cultural spirit is insufficient, the specialization of the teachers is not strong, and the students lack their own active participation and so on. The higher vocational colleges must deepen the concepts of running higher vocational education, strengthen the construction of the team of the ideological and political theory education, pay more attention to the combination of the ideological and political education with the practice, cultivate the people-oriented model of the ideological and political education, and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.

Practice on bilingual education and exam reform of vocational computer programming

The application of bilingual teaching in vocational colleges is necessary choice of acting on international standards, promoting education reform, improving the competitive advantage of profession. As computer programming languages are developed in America with native English, it is of great significance for vocational college to promote bilingual education in computer programming courses. This paper analyzes the current teaching situation in vocational programming courses, describes the practice of bilingual teaching vocational programming from three aspects such as teaching resources, teaching methods and assessment methods to improve students＇ programming ability, and to promote development of bilingual education on vocational programming courses.

Exploration of Professional Practice Teaching Skill of Higher Vocational English Education

Higher vocational English education major is an important channel to train teaching staff for primary and secondary schools of China and professional skill is one of essential factors which forms the training goal of higher vocational English education.In view of this, this article summarizes the current status of practice teaching of higher vocational English education which aims to explore a set of teaching ideas, teaching modes and teaching theories that suit professional skills training practice of higher vocational education, so as to find some effective teaching methods for professional skill training practice to meet the social requirements for the graduates and pave the way for their future employment.
