At present, the first batch of “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students has been in the teaching position for nearly a year, and new teachers will face many pressures and challenges in the early stage of employment. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the career adaptation of the “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students, this study selected three newly recruited “Post-00s” publicly-funded directional students as the research objects, and conducted in-depth interviews with three representative “Post-00s” publicly-funded directional students in H City from four aspects: vocational motivation, career satisfaction, occupational pressure and career help, analyzed the occupational adaptation problems and influencing factors of the “Post-00s” newly recruited teachers, and concluded that the influencing factors of the occupational adaptation of the “Post-00s” newly recruited publicly-funded directional students include six aspects. They are personality quality, school environment, social attitudes, home-school cooperation, pre- and post-employment training, and student situation. Based on the influencing factors, this study puts forward reference countermeasures from three aspects: individual teachers, undergraduate colleges and schools, so as to help the “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students adapt to the teaching profession faster and better after entering the school, and promote the development of education.展开更多
