目的 探讨肾功能联检对原发性高脂血症早期肾损害的诊断价值及辛伐他汀和非诺贝特对高脂血症早期肾损害的治疗效果。方法 将 10 0例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为辛伐他汀组和非诺贝特组各 5 0例。两组患者均在服药前及服药后 8、2 4周... 目的 探讨肾功能联检对原发性高脂血症早期肾损害的诊断价值及辛伐他汀和非诺贝特对高脂血症早期肾损害的治疗效果。方法 将 10 0例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为辛伐他汀组和非诺贝特组各 5 0例。两组患者均在服药前及服药后 8、2 4周查血脂及血 β2 - MG,取随意尿查 β2 - MG、Alb、Ig G(下称肾功能联检 ) ;并与 5 0例血脂正常的健康人 (对照组 )比较。结果 原发性高脂血症患者血、尿β2 - MG、尿 AL b及尿 Ig G均高于对照组 ,各指标均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;与非诺贝特组比较 ,辛伐他汀组血清 TC、L DL - C明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。治疗后 8、2 4周辛伐他汀组血 β2 - MG,尿 β2 - MG、Alb、Ig G降低 ,与非诺贝特组比较 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 肾功能联检有助于早期发现原发性高脂血症亚临床肾脏损害 ;辛伐他汀在降低血 TC、升高 HDL- C的同时亦能降低 TG、尿蛋白 。 展开更多

Firstly, three influenti... How to achieve the objective of reducing CO2 emissions has been an academic focus in China recently. The factors influencing CO2 emissions are the vital issue to accomplish the arduous target. Firstly, three influential factors, the energy consumption, the proportion of tertiary industry in gross domestic product (GDP), and the degree of dependence on foreign trade, are carefully selected, since all of them have closer grey relation with China's COz emissions compared with others when the grey relational analysis (GRA) method is applied. The study highlights co-integration relation of these four variables using the co-integration analysis method. And then a long-term co-integration equation and a short-term error correction model of China's CO2 emissions are devel- oped. Finally, the comparison is exerted between the forecast value and the actual value of China's CO2 emissions based on error correction model. The results and the relevant statistics tests show that the pro- posed model has better explanation capability and credibility. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of low reliability and complex operation of traditional coin-tap test of composite material,this paper introduces the grey system theory and achieves better performance.The response signals of coin-tap are classified through the grey clustering based on relation analysis,and corresponding improvements are made to the calculation method of the relation degree of nearness.First,the time history of acceleration is taken as the system behavior sequence.The improved correlation calculation method is used to solve the relation degree of nearness between the sequences,and the matrix of degree of grey relation is constructed based on this.Then,the sequence groups are summarized through the matrix,and the response signals of coin-tap are qualitatively classified according to the location of the reference sequence.Finally,the defect detection of composite materials is completed without pre-testing.The test results show that the accuracy of the coin-tap test based on improved grey clustering reaches 100%,which simplifies the operation steps while ensuring the reliability of the coin-tap test results. 展开更多

Popularity of blogs and the amount of information in the blogosphere increase so fast that it is difficult for Internet users to search the information they care about. Compared with conventional webs,links in the blogosphere are more abundant and conversations between bloggers are more fre-quent. This paper proposes a method of ranking bloggers based on link analysis,which can exemplify the characteristics of blogs,and reduce the influence of link spamming. This method can also bring convenience to users to read blogs,and it can supply a new methodology for information retrieval in the blogosphere. To ensure the reliability of the ranking results,some evaluation indicators of the im-portant bloggers are proposed,and the grading results of bloggers using the proposed method is compared with that using other indicators. At last,correlation analysis is used to verify the consistency between the proposed method and the evaluation indicators. 展开更多

An alternative and fast method for the analysis of a mixture of nine triazines herbicides in soil is presented. The method is based on MAE (microwave-assisted extraction) of herbicides using ethyl acetate as extractant. The economy in the use of solvents coupled with the decrease in extraction time and lower power consumption make MAE a technique that meets the principles of green chemistry. MAE operational parameters, extraction time, mass of the sample and extraction temperature, were optimized by RSM (response surface methodology). Determination of analytes was completed using gas chromatograph coupled to mass spectrometry detection. The selected triazines could be efficiently extracted by the solvent at 80 ℃ for 10 min, with 80% output of maximum power. When the optimized method was applied to analysis samples, the recoveries of analytes ranged from 81.8 to 106.0% and relative standard deviations were lower than 8.41%. The method is stable and reasonable, which can be used for the determination of ninetriazine herbicides residues in soil. 展开更多
