为了解决目前公铁联运车落轨时需要人工辅助,效率较低的问题,基于机器视觉技术,设计并实现了公铁联运车导引落轨检测系统;系统利用安装在转向架附近车架下的摄像头获取车辆与钢轨的图像信息,采用边缘检测和Hough变换结合的算法来检测地... 为了解决目前公铁联运车落轨时需要人工辅助,效率较低的问题,基于机器视觉技术,设计并实现了公铁联运车导引落轨检测系统;系统利用安装在转向架附近车架下的摄像头获取车辆与钢轨的图像信息,采用边缘检测和Hough变换结合的算法来检测地面标志线与车辆钢轮的相对位置,计算出车辆钢轮与钢轨之间的偏移距离和角度;测量结果通过工业无线网络传送到驾驶室里的平板显示器上,辅助司机调整车辆位置完成精准落轨;现场试验表明:导引落轨检测系统能够实时有效测量钢轨与钢轮的距离,检测误差不超过±3 mm,且结果更新时间低于200 ms,满足转向架落轨精度和实时性要求。 展开更多

The railway transport is one of the main types of communications in the world. Analysis of service conditions of the most critical elements of the railway transport rolling stock (mils, wheels and tyres) shows that one of the main factors determining their reliability and service life is the structural-phase state of steel, which is formed in the process of its producing. Complication of service conditions leads to the more severe requirements, specified by the consumers, where the high level of strength and hardness should be combined with high values of ductility and toughness. Realization of these requirements is possible only at the integrated approach to the improvement of technology of their production on the basis of profound knowledge in kinetics of austenite decay processes of structure formation and its contribution to the mechanical properties. With the formation of mainly bainite-martensite structures in the HAZ (heat-affected zone) metal of welded joints of these steels and saturation of this region with diffusive hydrogen their susceptibility to the cold cracking is increased. In this connection this work presents the results of investigations of effect of the WTC (welding thermal cycles) on the nature of structural transformations, hardness, static strength and resistance to the formation of cold cracks in HAZ metal of high-strength carbon rail steel M76. For this purpose, the structure and kinetics of transformation of an overcooled austenite was studied using the advanced methods of physical materials science by the modeling of phase transformations in the Gleeble 3800 unit. It was found that the cause of reduction in mechanical properties of welded joints of steel M76 is the formation of regions with a completely martensite structure in the amount of up to 5%. The Stability of Multi-modal Traffic Network

There is an explicit and implicit assumption in multimodal traffic equilibrium models, that is, if the equilibrium exists, then it will also occur. The assumption is very idealized; in fact, it may be shown that the quite contrary could happen, because in multimodal traffic network, especially in mixed traffic conditions the interaction among traffic modes is asymmetric and the asymmetric interaction may result in the instability of traffic system. In this paper, to study the stability of multimodal traffic system, we respectively present the travel cost function in mixed traffic conditions and in traffic network with dedicated bus lanes. Based on a day-to-day dynamical model, we study the evolution of daily route choice of travelers in multimodal traffic network using 10000 random initial values for different cases. From the results of simulation, it can be concluded that the asymmetric interaction between the cars and buses in mixed traffic conditions can lead the traffic system to instability when traffic demand is larger. We also study the effect of travelers' perception error on the stability of multimodal traffic network. Although the larger perception error can alleviate the effect of interaction between cars and buses and improve the stability of traffic system in mixed traffic conditions, the traffic system also become instable when the traffic demand is larger than a number. For all cases simulated in this study, with the same parameters, traffic system with dedicated bus lane has better stability for traffic demand than that in mixed traffic conditions. We also find that the network with dedicated bus lane has higher portion of travelers by bus than it of mixed traffic network. So it can be concluded that building dedicated bus lane can improve the stability of traffic system and attract more travelers to choose bus reducing the traffic congestion. 展开更多
