联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队（United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon,UNIFIL）简称联黎，已有来自30多个派遣国的军事人员在任务区内执行维和任务。我院抽组人员于2009年2～10月赴黎巴嫩组建中国二级医院，执行了为期8个月的国际维和任...联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队（United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon,UNIFIL）简称联黎，已有来自30多个派遣国的军事人员在任务区内执行维和任务。我院抽组人员于2009年2～10月赴黎巴嫩组建中国二级医院，执行了为期8个月的国际维和任务。中国二级医院位于联黎东区司令部内，主要负责东区7000余名军事和民事人员的医疗保障，与周邻各国分遣队的一级医院有着密切的医疗协作关系。笔者就联黎特殊环境下中国二级医院与一级医院的医疗协作关系作一简要介绍，以期为后续医疗队的工作开展提供帮助。展开更多

The author studies the regularity of energy minimizing maps from Finsler manifolds to Riemannian manifolds. It is also shown that the energy minimizing maps are smooth, when the target manifolds have no focal points.
