通过优化PCBN复合片合成时组装结构中的盐管厚度及中间垫片材料,分别探究未优化(A)、中间垫片材料优化(B)、盐管厚度优化(C)及中间垫片和盐管厚度二者共同优化(D)4种情况下合成的PCBN聚晶层厚度差、聚晶层同一位置的硬度及其整体耐磨性... 通过优化PCBN复合片合成时组装结构中的盐管厚度及中间垫片材料,分别探究未优化(A)、中间垫片材料优化(B)、盐管厚度优化(C)及中间垫片和盐管厚度二者共同优化(D)4种情况下合成的PCBN聚晶层厚度差、聚晶层同一位置的硬度及其整体耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当盐管厚度由1.0 mm变为1.4 mm、中间垫片材料由石墨变为硬质合金时,4种情况下的PCBN复合片聚晶层同一位置硬度及其整体耐磨性基本不变。在显著性水平为0.05时,B、C、D优化相对A,D优化相对于单一因素的B和C优化,均能改善聚晶层厚度差的均匀性;B、C、D优化相对A,D优化相对于C优化,均能改善聚晶层厚度差的稳定性,但D优化相对于B优化,对聚晶层厚度差的稳定性无改善。 展开更多

一、引言 通常人造金刚石和立方氮化硼复合刀片,是在3mm厚的硬质合金基体上分别烧结一层约0.5mm厚的聚晶金刚石和立方氮化硼聚晶而制成的。这两种复合刀片先用电火花线切割把硬质合金基体切至非导电的聚晶层,之后用手掰成小块焊在刀体上... 一、引言 通常人造金刚石和立方氮化硼复合刀片,是在3mm厚的硬质合金基体上分别烧结一层约0.5mm厚的聚晶金刚石和立方氮化硼聚晶而制成的。这两种复合刀片先用电火花线切割把硬质合金基体切至非导电的聚晶层,之后用手掰成小块焊在刀体上,磨出需要的几何角度。但在掰片时常常会出现掰不齐的弊病。 本文探讨用激光对聚晶层进行划片时,对激光器输出特性的要求,工艺参数的估算及工艺参数因素水平的最佳组合,以提高划片后的掰片质量。 展开更多

聚晶金刚石复合片产品内部普遍存在残余应力,这是造成其非正常失效的主要因素。我们详细研究了金刚石复合片内部残余应力的组成,并采用X射线衍射仪建立了聚晶金刚石复合片残余应力的检测方法,研究了聚晶金刚石复合片的残余应力分布规律... 聚晶金刚石复合片产品内部普遍存在残余应力,这是造成其非正常失效的主要因素。我们详细研究了金刚石复合片内部残余应力的组成,并采用X射线衍射仪建立了聚晶金刚石复合片残余应力的检测方法,研究了聚晶金刚石复合片的残余应力分布规律。利用XRD检测残余应力的方法,分别研究了聚晶金刚石层厚度、金刚石粒度尺寸、两相界面结合形状以及金属Co对复合片的残余应力的影响规律,为控制PDC内部应力提供参考。结果显示:金刚石层表面残余应力最大的压应力在中心位置,从中心到边缘,应力的大小逐渐降低;PCD层与硬质合金基体界面附近的应力值对PDC使用性能的影响最大。 展开更多

A polymerized lyotropic liquid crystal monomer of sodium 3,4,5-tris(11-acryloxyundecyloxy)- benzoate was synthesized by a convenient route starting from 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid via esterification followed by etherification, acylation and finally neutralization. The chemi- cal structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectral analysis. The self-organization behavior of the monomer with deionized water in methanol at room temperature was also demonstrated. The assemblies were char- acterized by polarized optical microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results show that a solution containing 80:20 of the monomer to water was found to be able to self-organize into Lamellar (La) phase and 92:8 with inverted hexagonal (H]I) phase, which was in ac- cordance with the theoretical calculation of critical packing parameter. It suggests that the concentration of the monomer was the key factor to influence assembly structure. Addi- tionally, the acrylate conversion with different photoinitiators and nanostructure retention after polymerization were investigated. The research shows that the acrylate conversion of the monomer with Darocur2959 could reach up to 78% when irradiated by 30 mW/cm2 UV light of 365 nm for 30 min characterized by Real-time FT-IR as well as the sol-gel method. Meanwhile, the La and HII phase nanostructures were both retained after polymerization. 展开更多

The effect of salt concentration on layer-by-layer deposition of poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate) (PSSS)/poly(vinylbenzyl trimethylammonium chloride) (PVTC) was investigated by use of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D). The changes in frequency and dissipation demonstrate that the addition of NaC1 leads the thickness of PSSS/PVTC multilayer to increase. The deposition of PSSS/PVTC is dominated by surface charge overcompensation level at lower salt concentrations. However, it is mainly determined by the interpenetration of polyelectrolytes at a higher salt concentration, as reflected in the oscillation of dissipation change. 展开更多

We apply polyelectrolyte multilayer films by consecutive alternate adsorption of positively charged polyallylamine hydrochloride and negatively charged sodium polystyrene sulfonate to the surface of graphene field effect transistors. Oscillations in the Dirac voltage shift with alternating positive and negative layers clearly demonstrate the electrostatic gating effect in this simple model system. A simple electrostatic model accounts well for the sign and magnitude of the Dirac voltage shift. Using this system, we are able to create p-type or n-type graphene at will. This model serves as the basis for understanding the mechanism of charged polymer sensing using graphene devices, a potentially technologically important application of graphene in areas such as DNA sequencing, biomarker assays for cancer detection, and other protein sensing applications. 展开更多
