A white rot fungus strain, Trichoderma sp.AH, was isolated from rotten wood in Fushun and used to study the mechanism of lignite bio-solubilization.The results showed that nitric acid pretreated Fushun lignite was sol...A white rot fungus strain, Trichoderma sp.AH, was isolated from rotten wood in Fushun and used to study the mechanism of lignite bio-solubilization.The results showed that nitric acid pretreated Fushun lignite was solubilized by T.sp.AH and that extracellular proteins from T.sp.AH were correlated with the lignite bio-solubilization results.In the presence of Fushun lignite the extracellular protein concentration from T.sp.AH was 4.5 g/L while the concentration was 3 g/L in the absence of Fushun lignite.Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) of the extracellular proteins detected at least four new protein bands after the T.sp.AH had solubilized the lignite.Enzyme color reactions showed that extracellular proteins from T.sp.AH mainly consisted of phenol-oxidases, but that lignin decomposition enzymes such as laccase, peroxidase and manganese peroxidases were not present.展开更多

In addition to yielding clean c...The separation of ultrafine coal from three Chinese coal samples of easy degradation coal fines in water has been investigated by the application of a hydrophobic agglomeration process. In addition to yielding clean coal with high recovery, this process requires significantly less oil concentration for agglomeration (less than 0.4% in oil-water weight ratio) and produces stabler agglomerates than general oil agglomeration process, the cost of the oil would no longer be an important consideration for its commercial application. Neutral diesel oil was used to make oleophilic coal particles agglomerated with good rejection of clay minerals under little oil consumption and certain agitation speed at 2000 r/min. An important advantage of this process compared with other cleaning fine coal methods is that it can extremely reduce or eliminate the effects of coal degradation and some clay minerals on coal preparation.展开更多

The sea level changes in the Paleozoic epicontinental basin were of high frequency and the transgressive events were episodic.This kind of sea level changes controlled both the basin filling and the coal accumulation ...The sea level changes in the Paleozoic epicontinental basin were of high frequency and the transgressive events were episodic.This kind of sea level changes controlled both the basin filling and the coal accumulation within the basin.Coal accumulation in the transgressive process is one of the typical features of the North China epicontinental basin.High resolution sequence analysis to the Permo carboniferous coal series based on the core observation indicates that the epicontintental coal bearing succession can be divided into 1 tectonic sequence (the original type of basin filling), 3 supersequences, 12 third order sequences and about 48 parasequences.The third order sequences are of dual configuration sequences that are composed of transgressive systems tract in the lower part and highstand systems tract in the upper part.The transgressive systems tracts are relatively thin in thickness and have fewer parasequences (commonly 1 to 2), while the highstand systems tracts are thick, generally consist of several parasequences.展开更多
