Aiming at the problems of low reliability and complex operation of traditional coin-tap test of composite material,this paper introduces the grey system theory and achieves better performance.The response signals of coin-tap are classified through the grey clustering based on relation analysis,and corresponding improvements are made to the calculation method of the relation degree of nearness.First,the time history of acceleration is taken as the system behavior sequence.The improved correlation calculation method is used to solve the relation degree of nearness between the sequences,and the matrix of degree of grey relation is constructed based on this.Then,the sequence groups are summarized through the matrix,and the response signals of coin-tap are qualitatively classified according to the location of the reference sequence.Finally,the defect detection of composite materials is completed without pre-testing.The test results show that the accuracy of the coin-tap test based on improved grey clustering reaches 100%,which simplifies the operation steps while ensuring the reliability of the coin-tap test results. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the diagnostic value of glypican-3(GPC3) and its relationship with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) recurrence after liver transplantation.METHODS:HCC tissue samples(n = 31) obtained from patients who had undergone liver transplantation were analyzed.GPC3 mRNA and protein expression were analyzed by TaqMan real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry.Correlation between the GPC3 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.The potential prognostic value of GPC3 was investigated by comparing recurrence-free survival between HCC patients with and without GPC3 expression.RESULTS:Using a cutoff value of 3.5 × 10-2,20 of 31 cancerous tissues had expression values of > 3.5 × 10-2,whereas 3 of 31 adjacent non-neoplastic parenchyma and 0 of 20 control liver tissues had expression values of > 3.5 × 10-2(P < 0.001).GPC3 protein was immunoexpressed in 68% of cancerous tissues,but not in adjacent non-neoplastic parenchyma and control liver tissues.Vascular invasion was significantly related to GPC3 expression(P < 0.05).Recurrence-free survival was significantly longer for patients without GPC3 mRNA overexpression(> 3.5 × 10-2) and those without vascular invasion(P < 0.05 for both).CONCLUSION:GPC3 expression may serve as a valuable diagnostic marker for HCC.GPC3 mRNA overexpression may be an adverse indicator for HCC patients after liver transplantation. 展开更多

To screen out the rapeseed(Brassica napus) combinations that are suitable for the production of both oilseed and vegetable, we carried out a field experiment for 11 new combinations(hybrids) of rapeseed and then performed grey relation analysis and cluster analysis on 12 traits including the yield and quality of young stem,seed yield, and several agronomic traits after harvesting of young stem. The results showed that A11, A7, and A4 had higher main stalk yield than other combinations.The young stem/leaf ratios of A11, A5, A7, A4, A3, and A1 were in line with the quality requirements for young stem commodity. The soluble sugar content of A2,A8, and A10 was higher than that of CK(Fengyou 737), and the seed yields of A4,A3, A2, A1, A5, and A6 were higher than that of CK. The 11 rapeseed combinations were classified into 3 grades by grey relation analysis and cluster analysis. Two combinations, A4(Y20A×95C4R) and A11(3194A×09-5R), showed the weighted relation degrees higher than 0.95, which were clustered into grade I by cluster analysis. They had good agronomic traits and good performance as both oilseed and vegetable. A8, A5, A3, A7, A2, A10, A6, and A1 were clustered into grade Ⅱ and A9 into grade Ⅲ. In this study, the oilseed and vegetable dual-purpose rapeseed combinations were screened out based on grey relation analysis and cluster analysis,which can provide reference for the breeding of oilseed and vegetable dual-purpose rapeseed combinations. 展开更多

In order to scientifically evaluate the values of Cucurbita moschata cultivars, main botanical characters including the initial flowering date, the first fruiting node, fruit length, fruit stem length, stem diameter, internode length, the transverse and longitudinal diameters of the largest leaf, single fruit weight, flesh thickness and soluble solid content of 41 cultivars were measured for conducting diversity, correlation and cluster analysis. The results revealed that the pumpkin cultivars showed large variations in fruit stem length, single fruit weight, fruit length and flesh thickness, but small variations in initial flowering date. Significant, even highly significant correlations were found among the tested traits. Cluster analysis demonstrated that the 41 old Cucurbita moschata cultivars were divided into three groups, of which multiple traits of Group 1 were better than those in the other two groups. High similarities existed in three groups and the cultivars in each group. This research provided basis for selecting excellent traits and parents for the breeding of hybrids. 展开更多

This study is based on the Tong sheep obtained by the random sampling method of typical colonies in the central area of Baishui County in Shaanxi Province, China. An investigation was undertaken to clarify the gene constitution of blood protein and nonprotein types of Tong sheep. Twelve genetic markers were examined by starch-gel electrophoresis and cellulose acetate electrophoresis. Polymorphism in Tong sheep was found at the following 10 loci, transferrin (Tf), alkaline phosphatase (Alp), leucine aminopeptidase (Lap), arylesterase (Ary-Es), hemoglobin-β (Hb-β), X-protein (X-p), carbonic anhydrase (CA), catalase (Cat), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), and lysine (Ly), whereas, albumin (A1) and postalbumin (Po) loci were monomorphic. Genetic approach degree method and phylogenetic relationship clustering method were used to judge the origin and phylogenetic status of Tong sheep. Results from both methods maintained that Tong sheep belonged to the "Mongolia group", and Mongolia sheep was the origin of Tong sheep. This was also supported by the history of Tong sheep breeding. Compared to the phylogenetic relationship clustering method, the genetic approach degree method was more reliable for the extraction from East and South of Central Asia, and was more effective in reflecting the breeding course of Tong sheep. 展开更多

[Method] The genomic DNA of five safflower varieties from Xinjiang and one from Yunnan were analyzed and compared by SRAP molecular marker. [Result] Twelve pairs of SRAP primers were selected to amplify the genomic DNA of the six materials. Among the 171 clear DNA bands finally obtained, 93 were polymorphic, accounting for 54.4% of total. Genetic similarity coefficient of the six safflower varieties ranged from 0.60 to 0.92. [Conclusion]SRAP molecular marker is suitable for safflower varieties research and to guide the molecular breeding. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed at analyzing the genetic relationship of 64 local varieties of Morus atropurpurea Roxb.from the Pearl River Basin in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces.[Method] Genetic diversity of 64 local varieties of Morus atropurpurea Roxb.was analyzed by ISSR molecular marker technique.The genetic relationship among these local varieties was researched by UPGMA method based on the genetic similarity coefficient.[Result] 128 bands were amplified from the total DNA of 64 local varieties using 13 ISSR primers,of which 109 bands accounting for 85.15% were polymorphic.It meant that there was rich genetic diversity among the local varieties tested.The genetic similarity coefficients among 64 local varieties were relatively high with a range of 0.500 0-0.929 7.In addition,64 local varieties were divided into two categories and the second could be further divided into 10 subcategories.It was suggested that the genetic relationship of 64 local varieties of Morus atropurpurea Roxb.based on ISSR marker analysis has a certain correlation with geographical distribution.[Conclusion] ISSR marker technology was suitable for evaluating genetic relationship and genetic diversity of local varieties of Morus atropurpurea Roxb.in Pearl River Basin,and could provide scientific basis for DNA fingerprinting and identification of varieties of Morus atropurpurea Roxb. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate whether circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) can serve as molecular markers to predict liver injury resulted from chronic hepatitis B (CHB). METHODS: The profiles of serum miRNA expression were first generated with serum samples collected from 10 patients with CHB and 10 healthy donors (Ctrls) by microarray analysis. The levels of several miRNAs were further quantitated by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction with serum samples from another 24 CHB patients and 24 Ctrls. Serum samples of 20 patients with nonalcohlic steatohepatitis (NASH) were also included for comparison. The comparison in the levels of miRNAs between groups (CHB, NASH and Ctrl) was analyzed with Mann-Whitney U-test. The cor- relation between miRNAs and clinical pathoparameters was analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis or canonical correlation analysis. The receiver-operator characteristic (ROC) curves were also generated to de- termine the specificity and sensitivity of each individual miRNA in distinguishing patients with CriB from Ctrls. RESULTS: miRNA profile analysis showed that 34 miR- NAs were differentially expressed between CriB and Ctrl subjects, in which 12 were up-regulated and 22 down-regulated in CriB subject (fold change 〉 2.0 and P 〈 0.01). The median levels of miR-122, -572, -575 and -638 were significantly higher (P 〈 1.00 × 10-5) while miR-744 significantly lower (P 〈 1.0× 10-6) in Crib compared with the Ctrl. The levels of miR-122, -572 and -638 were also higher (P 〈 1.00×10-3) while the level of miR-744 lower in CriB (P 〈 0.05) than in NASH, although the difference between them was not as significant as that between CHB and Ctrl. ROC curve analysis revealed that the levels of miR-122, -572, -575, -638 and -744 in serum were sensitive and specific enough to distinguish CriB, NASH and Ctrl. Multivariate analysis further showed that the levels of these miRNAs were correlated with the liver function parameters. Most significantly, it was the scatter plot of principal component with the levels of these miRNAs, but not the parameters of liver function, which clearly distinguished CriB, NASH and Ctrl subjects. CONCLUSION: Serum levels of miR-122, -572, -575, -638 and -744 are deregulated in patients with CHB or NASH. The levels of these miRNAs may serve as po- tential biomarkers for liver injury caused by CHB and NASH. 展开更多

The taxonomy of Coilia has been extensively studied in China,and yet phylogenetic relationships among component taxa remain controversial.We used a PCR-based fingerprinting technique,amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) to characterize and identify all four species of Coilia in China.We examined the genetic relationships of the four species of Coilia and a subspecies of Coilia nasus with AFLP.A total of 180 AFLP loci were generated from six primer combinations,of which 76.11% were polymorphic.The mean genetic distance between pairs of taxa ranged from 0.047 to 0.596.The neighbor-joining tree and UPGMA dendrogram resolved the investigated species into three separate lineages:(1) C.mystus,(2) C.grayii and(3) C.brachygnathus,C.nasus,and C.nasus taihuensis.Phylogenetic analysis of the AFLP data is inconsistent with current morphological taxonomic systems.The AFLP data indicated a close relationship among C.brachygnathus,C.nasus taihuensis,and C.nasus.Therefore,the two species described under Coilia(C.brachygnathus and C.nasus taihuensis) are treated as synonyms of C.nasus. 展开更多

Is There an Impact of Stock Exchange Consolidation on Volatility of Market Returns?

The aim of the paper is to provide some evidences on relationships among the degree of financial integration, stock exchange markets, and volatility of national market returns. In this paper, the authors employ correlation and cluster analyses in order to investigate the impact of stock exchange consolidation on volatility of market returns, in terms of a financial integration between involved stock exchanges before and after the merger. By using the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) (1.1) model, the authors test the change in volatilities of national stock exchange markets involved in the following stock exchange integration case studies: Euronext, Bolsasy Mercados Espanoles (BME), and Swedish-Finnish financial services company (OMX). These three case studies are considered as completed cases of market consolidation, where the data are available enough to conduct the current research. By using daily data of national returns of engaged European stock markets from 1995 to 2007, the paper investigates the influence of stock exchange consolidation on volatility of national stock market returns. The obtained results confirm the gradual decrease of volatility in each of the integrated stock markets. However, the level of decrease in terms of volatility depends on economic characteristics of each engaged market and its degree of integration with other financial services. The results of correlation and cluster analyses confirm that stock operators have created significantly non-official integration links through cross-memberships and cross-listings even before the consolidations. Thus, the mergers among stock exchanges can be considered as the rational consequences of the high internal co-movements between involved markets. Furthermore, stock exchange markets with strong non-official integration links show an immediate decrease of volatility after the merger, meanwhile for others, it takes several years before the volatility can decrease as markets should reach the full integration. 展开更多

The food industry is evolving more towards new forms of organization much more complex and characterized by a greater degree of coordination, whether in the form of vertical integration of explicit or implicit contracts between players of different levels of the industry. Therefore, the aim of this work is the search for mechanisms that can provide value to the production phase to better increase competitiveness of the sector. For the first time, in fact, discussion about food chains have as reference a recognized legal entity, which is the integrated projects of food chain as a result of actions of agricultural policy at community, national and regional levels. The methodology is related to two steps: the administration of questionnaires to the three companies participating in food chain partnerships that have proposed a draft of integrated design of food chain in response to the notice of the Apulia region for the submission of the integrated projects of the food chain; and a cluster analysis in the wine sector of the Italian regions. The results showed, thanks to Network Analysis, the importance for the chain development of relationships formed by market relations and cooperation relations (formal and informal) and the need for more actions for the enhancement of products by research and development activities. 展开更多

Objective By sorting and analyzing pertinent modern studies targeting auricular point therapy treating primary insomnia(PI),to summarize the point selection rules and clinical efficacy of using auricular points alone or combining it with other therapies in treating PI.Methods A search on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database(Wanfang),Chongqing VIP Database(CQVIP),PubMed,Springer and Ovid were conducted from January 1,1998 till January 31,2020.Point selection,diagnostic criteria and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the eligible studies were analyzed and summarized.Results The difference in PSQI before and after using auricular point therapy alone was more significant than that of using Chinese medication alone(P<0.05),but less significant than that of combining auricular point therapy and acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese therapeutic massage(tuina)(P<0.05).In the included studies,Shenmen(TF_(4))was the most commonly used(370 times),followed by Heart(CO_(15)),which was 344 times,and Subcortex(AT_(4)),which was 325 times.In terms of auricular points distribution,points in the auricular concha were the most commonly used(1500 times),followed by those in the antitragus(474 times)and triangular fossa(387 times).Correlation analysis showed that Shenmen(TF_(4))and Liver(CO_(12)),Sympathetic(AH6a)and Heart(CO_(15))were used together more often,followed by Shenmen(TF_(4)),Liver(CO_(12)),Spleen(CO_(13)),Kidney(CO_(10))and Subcortex(AT_(4)),and then Shenmen(TF_(4)),Liver(CO_(12)),Sympathetic(AH6a),Subcortex(AT_(4))and Heart(CO_(15)).Cluster analysis showed that the auricular points used for PI can be divided into 6 clusters in 2 major groups.One group was Heart(CO_(15)),Subcortex(AT_(4)),Shenmen(TF_(4)),Sympathetic(AH6a),Spleen(CO_(13)),Kidney(CO_(10)),Liver(CO_(12))and Endocrine(CO_(18));the other was Occiput(AT3),Stomach(CO_(4)),Pancrease-gallbladder(CO_(11)),Chuiqian(LO_(4)),Small Intestine(CO_(6)),Central Rim(AT_(2,3,4i))and Sanjiao(CO_(17)).In terms of patterns in traditional Chinese medicine,the pattern of dual deficiency of heart and spleen accounted for the largest proportion in the studies of using auricular points alone or combining it with other treatments to treatment PI,and then it was the pattern of liver depression transforming into fire.Conclusion In treatment of PI with auricular points alone or combo therapy involving auricular points,Shenmen(TF_(4))was commonly used,and the commonly used point group consisted of Shenmen(TF_(4)),Liver(CO_(12)),Sympathetic(AH_(6a))and Heart(CO_(15)).Auricular point therapy can be taken as a complementary therapy in treating PI. 展开更多

We study the stability and wde - w'de analysis of YMC DE model. Then we correspond it with quintessence, k- essence, tachyon, phantom, dilaton, DBI-essence and hessenee scalar field models of DE in FRW spacetime to reconstruct potentials as well as the dynamics for these scalar fields for describing the acceleration of the universe. This paper presents a method for extracting geometrical features of the joint probability density function(PDF)of two-dimensional systems based on its contour lines,with particular interests given to the number and position of peaks and craters.In order to detect those two types of structures,a series of horizontal planes are applied to truncate the joint PDF with contour lines generated.Starting with the analysis of contour lines in a single plane,shape characteristics of the peak and the crater can be reflected on the contour lines in the aspects of gradient direction and inclusion relationship.Aided by the properties of PDF,the information about gradient direction and inclusion relationship of contour lines can be obtained simultaneously if the contour tree is built.According to the contour tree,the contour lines can be classified as two groups.Then the corresponding relation between contour lines in different planes is discussed.Based on the corresponding relation,clustering analysis about contour lines belonging to the same group but having different heights is performed.Two sets of contour lines are finally obtained as the simplest expression of geometrical characteristics of a joint PDF.They can be used to obtain the number and position of each peak and crater.Three oscillators of different types are chosen to test this method,which shows that this method can pave the way for numerical calculation about the stochastic P-bifurcation of multi-dimensional systems. 展开更多
