子宫肌瘤射頻消融术是治疗子宫平滑肌瘤的微创技术之一,因其治疗方法先进、不需开腹、出血少、保留子宫、不干扰内分泌功能,近十几年在临床上广泛应用,操作简单,疗效确切,文献报道有效率达96.38%。但有时临床上也出现一些术后并发症,如发热、阴道出血、阴道排液、小腹坠痛、瘤体吸收排出缓慢及严重的腹腔脏器损伤等,已经引起妇产科医生的关注。
