In this paper, the independent extracurricular practice of the students in the specialized dance sport in Shenyang Sport University is analyzed and studied, and the influencing factors and problems of the students＇ independent extracurricular practice in the specialized dance sport are further analyzed based on knowing well the current independent extracurricular practice of the students in the specialized dance sport in Shenyang Sport University, and then the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the existing problems. Thus, a theoretical foundation is provided for the future development and continuously deepened physical education reform of the specialized dance sport in physical education institutes.

To Inquiry Technical Characteristics and Strength Training of Sports Dancing

The thesis analyzed the internal mechanism of technique formation of all kinds of dance action in sports dance, and its movement technical features mainly presented in five aspects： First, the control technology to maintain the correct posture; Second, fast and rhythmic bouncing technique of the body weight; Third, the parabolic shape and spiral motion technology of the body center of gravity; Four, strong wiggler technology of hip, waist and abdomen; Five, the rhythm techniques of chest, back, shoulders and arms. Aiming at the technical features for sports dance project, we can summarize the methods and means of training control force, speed strength, strength endurance and relative strength of sports dancing athletes and raise several important principles that should be followed.

Music＇s Impact on the Comprehensive Quality of Students in Sports Dance Teaching

Music is the soul of sports dance. Sports dance can be carried out smoothly by the accompaniment of music. Therefore the two should be in harmony and unity to perform the essence of sports dance totally. This article tries analyzing the impact of music in sports dance teaching for students in physiological, psychological, creativity, imagination, aesthetic and so on to explore the important role of music in the development of students＇ comprehensive quality, in order to help sports dance teaching.

“双减”背景下义务教育阶段舞蹈艺术育人研究

在“双减”背景下,中国高度重视义务教育阶段中小学生课后服务这一重大问题。在义务教育阶段中小学生课后服务中开设舞蹈艺术兴趣课,让学生们在专业老师的带领下,科学系统地学习舞蹈艺术,增强审美,强身健体。文章着力研究中小学校园舞蹈艺术育人功能,可以在一定程度上补充中小学课后服务理论的不足,丰富义务教育阶段中小学课后服务舞蹈艺术开展现状研究的成果。
