自20世纪90年代以来,结核病在全世界开始回潮,并有蔓延之势.目前全球约有结核患者2 000万,每年新发病例约1000万,每年死亡患者高达300万人.与肺结核的诊断相比,对治疗的研究相对缓慢.如今,尽管可以用异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、链霉素(... 自20世纪90年代以来,结核病在全世界开始回潮,并有蔓延之势.目前全球约有结核患者2 000万,每年新发病例约1000万,每年死亡患者高达300万人.与肺结核的诊断相比,对治疗的研究相对缓慢.如今,尽管可以用异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、链霉素(SM)、吡嗪酰胺(PZA)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)治疗急性期肺结核,但其疗程都>6个月.由于这些药物的副作用和耐受性,不少患者不能按标准进行治疗.不规范的治疗引发结核分支杆菌耐药甚至耐多药,使患者成为难治病例.WTO近年在35个国家调查发现,结核病的初始耐药率28.1%,继发耐药率41.1%,耐多药肺结核病(Multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,MDR-TB)在全球病例不断增加,且可能发生暴发流行,治愈十分困难,死亡率高,已成为结核病防治的难点之一[1]. 展开更多

IN the presence of septic shock, every hour in delaying the administration of effective antibiotics is associated with a measurable increase in mortality. This is especially true for neutropenic patients with septic shock. As there is a higher incidence of involving multi-drug resistant pathogens for neutropenic patients, the decision on antibiotics regime remains a challenge for physicians.2 Immunosuppression and previous antibacterial use are factors that promote the spread of multi-drug resistant pathogens, and the possibility of co-existing multi-drug resistant pathogens should be suspected when treating patients with these risk factors who developed refractory shock. Here we present a case with neutropenic fever and refractory shock whose blood culture yielded multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and carbapenem- resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. 展开更多

Objective:To elucidate the expression differences of vascular growth factors in human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and cisplatin-resistant human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549^DDP.Methods:RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in A549 and A549^DDP.Results:VEGF and bFGF mRNA were expressed in A549 and in A549^DDP.VEGF and bFGF mRNA expression levels in A549^DDP were signifi-cant higher than those in A549(P<0.025).VEGF and bFGF protein expressions were all strong positive in A549 and A549^DDP.Conclusion:There are certain differences between VEGF and bFGF expressions in A549 and A549^DDP.Drug-resistance of lung cancer is associated with those above genes over-expressions.Over-expression of vascular growth factors are related to drug resistance of lung cancer. 展开更多
