This paper described mechanic expansion-join test can satisfy tube expanding rate in the manufacturing heat exchanger.It has been showed that there is a greater dispersity that test tube expanding rates in manufacturing.It is difficult to avoid this dispersity at present.The expanding tube parameter using manufacturing should be chosen the smaller in suitable range.The production process has showed that thiseffect is good.

较详尽地介绍了生产过程中为满足胀管率而进行的机械胀接试验。试验结果和分析表明：生产过程中试验所得胀管率具有较强的离散性，此离散性有其存在的合理性，在现阶段很难避免。胀管率与胀接扭矩在试验范围内呈弱正相关；拉脱力与胀管率在一定范围内呈强正相关；胀管率大于一定的负值时也具有拉脱力。生产用胀接参数的选择要充分考虑到胀接率离散性，以取合适范围内的较低值为宜，生产实践表明效果良好。
