Organizational ethical climate is an effective way to solve organizational ethical problems and dilemmas. Therefore study on our organizational ethical climate has the great significance to solve ethical problems and dilemmas faced by the organization and staff. Through semi-structured interview, structural interview and questionnaire survey and other methods this study gets to understand internal structural elements of organizational ethical climate under Chinese cultural background, and constructs organizational ethical climate questionnaire, which has good reliability and validity; carries out surveys in large scale by using the revised questionnaire, and recycles 709 valid questionnaires. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that Chinese organizational ethical climate' s internal structure includes five factors: egoism, altruism, independence orientated, organizational system orientated, and law and code orientated. 展开更多

With rapid advances of solar blind ultraviolet LED and ultraviolet detecting technology in recent years, ultraviolet communication gradually becomes a research hotspot due to its inherent advantages: low solar background noise, non-line-of-sight(NLOS) and good secrecy. The strong scattering characteristics in atmospheric render ultraviolet waveband the ideal choice for achieving NLOS optical communication. This paper reviews the research history and status of ultraviolet communication both in China and abroad, and especially introduces three main issues of ultraviolet communication: channel model, system analysis and design, light sources and detectors. For each aspect, current open issues and prospective research directions are analyzed. 展开更多

Obesity has become a leading global health problem owing to its strong association with a high incidence of diseases. Obesity is results from the complex interaction of environmental factors that act on a genetic background and led to excess accumulated of body fat. Treatment of obesity includes determination of the degree of obesity, management weight loss programme and maintenance of body weight. To investigate effect 6 months safe weight loss program on anthropometric measurements and biological and metabolic profiles in obese patients. 35 obese patients were enrolled in the present study: 20 female, 15 male. Participants underwent a comprehensive series of biochemical, anthropometrical, physical, and nutritional prior to treatment- at baseline and after the six-month of the obesity treatment program. 6 months weight loss program. Diet plan intervention in small groups. In-person training and individual diet plan intervention. There is significant reduction in weight and high improvement in laboratory parameters. Our data showed that there an improvement in weight loss. These finding may be important for controlling obesity-related co-morbidities. It would appear that moderate weight loss of 8-10 % observed in our study resulted in significant improvements in laboratory parameters 展开更多
