Abundant sporopollen is found and three regions of sporopollen assemblage with distinctive features are identified. They are Pinus-Artemisis-Quercus assemblage region in the sea area of Shanhaiguan-Yanghekou; Firms-Chenopoeliaceae-Artemisia assemblage region in the sea area of Yanghekou-Nanbao and Chenopodiaceae-Artemisia-Pinus assemblage region in the sea area of Nanbao = Dakouhe. After analysis of and discussion on each assemblage region, it is found that sporopollen assemblages in the sea areas are not only controlled by the coastal vegetation, but also by other natural factors. In this paper emphasis is placed on the influence of the river on sporopollen assemblage. The sporopollen assemblage division proposed in this paper will provide very useful inspiration for dividing the sediment types and studying the hydrodynamic mechanism of the展开更多
