CLIPPERS综合征1例报告

类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症(chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids,CLIPPERS)是一种在脑桥、中脑及小脑血管周围以淋巴细胞浸润为主、类固醇激素治疗有效的慢性炎性疾病,简称CLIPPERS综合征,临床上罕见。现报告汕头市中心医院神经内科2019年9月收治的一例CLIPPERS综合征患者,分析其临床表现、影像特征、诊疗情况,以期提高临床工作者对其认识,避免误诊及漏诊。
