[Method] Four different baking processes (endogenetic force moisture-removing flue-curing technique, exogenetic force moisture-removing flue-curing technique, three-stage flue-curing process, three-stage and six-step flue- curing process) were adopted in this research to investigate the effects of different baking processes on carotenoid content of same-maturity degree upper leaves of the flue-cured tobacco K326. [Result] The results showed at the yellowing and color fixing stages, the carotenoids were most fully decomposed in endogenetic force moisture-removing flue-curing technique. The decomposed carotenoid content was lowest in exogenetic force moisture-removing flue-curing technique, for which the carotenoid content was highest (50.53 mg/g). [Conclusion] At the yellowing and color fixing stages, exogenetic force moisture-removing flue-curing technique was most conducive to the carotenoid accumulation in tobacco baking process.展开更多

The production of pectinase is improved by additional nitrogen source substances and mineral supplements. The ratio of carbon source substances to nitrogen source substances in the medium also has significant effect on the pectinase production by A. niger P-6021 in slurry-state fermentation. In the optimized medium composition, the maximal enzyme activity could reach 42 U.L^- 1 (polymethylgalacturonase), 6.7 U.L^- 1 (polymethygalacturatesterase), and 4.3 U.L^-1 (polymethylgalacturonate lyase), respectively, after 3 days at 180 r.min^- 1 and 30℃. The crude pectinase shows significant effect to improve the yield and clarification of apple juice. Bupleurum chinense is a genuine medicinal material in Shanxi Province,and planting B.chinense is one of the main sources for local farmers to increase their income.In B.chinense cultivation,wheat-B.chinense,maize-B.ch...Bupleurum chinense is a genuine medicinal material in Shanxi Province,and planting B.chinense is one of the main sources for local farmers to increase their income.In B.chinense cultivation,wheat-B.chinense,maize-B.chinense and soybean-B.chinense are commonly used as multiple cropping patterns.In the present study,we studied the effects of three different multiple cropping patterns on N,P and K levels of soil,photosynthetic parameters,agronomic characteristics,saikosaponin A,C and D contents,yield and economic benefits of B.chinense.The results showed that the soybean-B.chinense multiple cropping pattern was beneficial to the enrichment of N in the soil,thus promoting photosynthetic parameters,growth,saikosaponin accumulation,yield and economic benefits of B.chinense.It is suggested that soybean-B.chinense multiple cropping was an appropriate multiple cropping pattern for local cultivation of B.chinense.展开更多
