胫骨骨膜皮瓣逆行修复甲瓣切除后创面

Objective The aim of this study is to discuss the operative technique of repairing the defect after incising big nail skin flap. Methods Ten patients had been operated with a big nail skin flap, and the undermined defects were treated with a reverse tibial periosteal flap. Results In all implanted patients, the tibial periosteal flap had good texture, scanty subcutaneous fat, good contour anti-friction, and no complications. Conclusion This method could preserve most functions of the big nail. It is worthy to recommend this operation to transfer the tibial periosteal flap for the repair of the defect after incising the big nail skin flap.

交腿隐动脉胫骨皮瓣修复胫骨及皮肤缺损

目的 探讨交腿隐动脉胫骨皮瓣修复及皮肤缺损新术式。方法 自 1999～ 2 0 0 2年应用交腿隐动脉胫骨皮瓣修复胫骨及皮肤缺损 6例。结果 手术后随访 6月～ 1年 ,成功率 83%。结论 采用交腿隐动脉胫骨皮瓣修复胫骨及皮肤缺损 ,具有可行性。
