髓系细胞触发受体-1 mRNA在急性胰腺炎中的表达

为探索髓系细胞触发受体 -1(TREM 1)mRNA在轻、重型的急性胰腺炎患者及正常人白细胞中表达的差异程度 ,笔者采用逆转录聚合酶链法检测 10例轻型胰腺炎患者及 8例重型胰腺炎患者和 10例正常人白细胞TREM 1mRNA的表达。结果示轻、重型急性胰腺炎患者和正常人TREM 1mRNA的表达分别为 0 .7714± 0 .2 744 ,1.0 918± 0 .3 3 13和 0 .45 87± 0 .1749,各组之间差异均有显著性 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ,显示急性胰腺炎患者白细胞TREM 1表达明显增加 ,且与急性胰腺炎的严重性明显相关 ,提示TREM 1在急性胰腺炎的发生发展过程中可能有重要作用。

细胞凋亡及相关基因在胰腺疾病中的作用

为探讨细胞凋亡在胰腺疾病发生发展中的作用。笔者用原位末端标记法和免疫组化法 ,对 2 9例急性、慢性胰腺炎及胰腺肿瘤组织进行凋亡及相关基因检测。结果示重症胰腺炎bcl 2及Bax均为低表达 ,凋亡指数低 ;慢性胰腺炎bcl 2及Bax均为高表达 ,凋亡指数高 ;胰腺肿瘤bcl 2的表达较高 ,凋亡指数低。提示重症胰腺炎极少发生细胞凋亡 ,慢性胰腺炎则以凋亡的形式清除细胞 ,并有高增殖的现象 ;胰腺癌的发生可能与凋亡抑制有关。

Concomitant autoimmune and genetic pancreatitis leads to severe inflammatory conditions

Chronic pancreatitis characterized by an early onset should be extensively investigated including the search for a mutation of the PRSS1, SPINK-1 or CFTR genes and potential features of autoimmune pancreatitis. We here describe a case of chronic pancreatitis with an onset at a very young age in which a mutation of the PRSS1 and several features of autoimmune pancreatitis were identified.
