目的 建立测定鱼腥草注射液中甲基正壬酮含量的分析方法。 方法 用毛细管气相色谱 氢火焰离子化检测器分离甲基正壬酮和内标物 (正十六烷 ) ,色谱柱为HP 5 (Crosslinked 5 %pHMeSilicone ,30m× 0 32mm× 0 2 5 μm) ,以... 目的 建立测定鱼腥草注射液中甲基正壬酮含量的分析方法。 方法 用毛细管气相色谱 氢火焰离子化检测器分离甲基正壬酮和内标物 (正十六烷 ) ,色谱柱为HP 5 (Crosslinked 5 %pHMeSilicone ,30m× 0 32mm× 0 2 5 μm) ,以高纯氮 (99 999% )为载气 ,柱温 12 0℃ (保持 6min)至 2 2 0℃ (保持 3min) ,升温速率为 2 0℃ /min。样品用C8小柱吸附 ,醋酸乙酯 无水乙醇混合液洗脱。 结果 该方法的线性范围为 5~ 2 0 0 μg/mL ,加样回收率为 97 6 4 % ,RSD为 0 91%。 结论 本法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可用于鱼腥草注射液中甲基正壬酮的含量分析。 展开更多

Aim A RP- HPLC method for determination of lycopene in microcapsules was established. Methods The HPLC assay was performed on an Alltima Cls (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) column with a mixture of methanol-THF-water (66:30:4, V/V/V) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL·min^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 472 nm. Results The linear range of lycopene was 3.6-18 μg·mL^-1, r = 0.999 8, the average recovery was from 99.81% to 101.06% with RSD less than 1.83%. The RSD of intra-day and interday precision were less than 3.34%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of lycopene in microcapsules. 展开更多

[Objective] We aimed to establish a rapid determination method of peoniflorin in Gangbangui capsule by using HPLC.[Method] Sinochrom ODS-AP column (5 μm,4.6 mm× 250 mm) was used in our research.The mobile phase was methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid (35:65).The column temperature was 30 ℃.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.[Result] The concentration of peoniflorin in Gangbangui capsule ranged between 0.040 54 and 0.2432 μg/μl and a good linear relation between concentration and peak area was shown (r=0.999 99).The average recovery was 98.89% (RSD=2.17%).[Conclusion] The method was fast,easy and reproducible and could be used as a quality indicator of the compound. 展开更多

The holistic characterization and quality control of all the medicinal herbs of proprietary Chinese medicines(PCMs)are of great significance to ensure their safety,efficacy,and consistency.Thin-layer chromatography(TLC),a simple and classic approach for qualitatively characterizing and examining quality markers of natural products,has been widely used in the characterization and quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.Zaoren Anshen(ZRAS)capsule,prepared from three medicinal herbs of fried Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma,and vinegar-processed Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,is a famous PCM in China for the treatment of insomnia,amnesia,and dizziness in clinical practice.However,no effective method is available so far for simultaneous identification and examination of all the three medicinal herbs of ZRAS capsule.In the present study,we developed a TLC method via twice-development and visualization by UV light or chromogenic agent,which could be used for simultaneous qualitative identification of all the three medicinal herbs of ZRAS capsule in one plate.Moreover,the sample preparation method was optimized.The developed TLC method was rapid,simple,low-cost,and effective,and thus it could be used for quality control of ZRAS capsule. 展开更多
