背景:对血液中骨代谢标志物的浓度进行检测以对骨折愈合情况进行评估具有使用简单、创伤小、变异小的特点,如何找到一种合适的标志物以预测骨不连的发生是当前该领域研究的热点。目的:建立骨折不愈合动物模型,探讨实验性骨折不愈合的生... 背景:对血液中骨代谢标志物的浓度进行检测以对骨折愈合情况进行评估具有使用简单、创伤小、变异小的特点,如何找到一种合适的标志物以预测骨不连的发生是当前该领域研究的热点。目的:建立骨折不愈合动物模型,探讨实验性骨折不愈合的生化指标变化规律。方法:选取五六月龄纯种新西兰大白兔20只,随机均分为2组,骨缺损组在左前臂桡骨中段截除1.5 cm(包括骨膜),骨断端用骨蜡封闭髓腔;骨折组只是在前臂桡骨中段造成骨折。2组分别于术前、术后2-8,10,12周进行前臂的X射线片检查观察桡骨缺损区愈合情况,并抽取血清采用生物素双抗体夹心ELISA法检测骨吸收特异标志物(包括Ⅰ型胶原羧基端末肽、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端末肽、人抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b)及骨形成特异标志物(包括骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶)的表达变化。结果与结论:1分析2组手术前后骨代谢指标的变化发现,骨缺损组骨代谢一直持续在较高水平,骨不连早期诊断的临床预测可以依赖于多个血清生化指标的同时跟踪监测;2除人抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b意义不大之外,骨缺损组中I型胶原羧基端末肽在术后第5周均值最高,骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端末肽在术后4或5周均值明显下降,可以说明Ⅰ型胶原羧基端末肽、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端末肽、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶能快速随骨形成和骨吸收而迅速改变,敏感地反映体内骨代谢的具体状态;3系统性监测生化指标如Ⅰ型胶原羧基端末肽、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端末肽的变化能反映兔骨折不愈合的早期进程,它们是否均可以作为反映骨吸收与骨形成的敏感性、特异性较强的指标,是否可以早期诊断兔骨不连,需要进一步深入探讨。 展开更多

End-functionalization of polydiene rubbers can not only improve its compatibility with inorganic fillers,but also enhance the overall mechanical properties.Nevertheless,for traditional neodymium(Nd)diene polymerization systems,it is highly challenging to achieve such end-functionalizations,because most of polydienyl chains are capped withη3-allyl-Nd moiety during the end of polymerization,which shows very poor reactivity with nucleophile compounds.We launched a new diene polymerization strategy calling coordinative chain transfer polymerization(CCTP)[1].In such a system,all the polydienyl chains are capped withη1-allyl-Al moieties,which reveal greater reactivity with cyclic esters and epoxide compounds,providing an effective manner to prepare polydiene-polyester amphiphilic block copolymers.Inspired by such findings,we now show herein how such types of chain-ends react with isot-hiocyanate to demonstrate an efficient in-situ manner to access end-functionalized polydienes by using CCTP. 展开更多

目的建立骨不连的动物模型,发现实验性骨不连的生化指标变化规律。方法选取纯种新西兰大白兔分为两组,实验组在前臂桡骨中段截除1.5 cm(包括骨膜),骨断端用骨蜡封闭髓腔,对照组只是在前臂桡骨中段造成骨折,两组分别于术前、术后2周、... 目的建立骨不连的动物模型,发现实验性骨不连的生化指标变化规律。方法选取纯种新西兰大白兔分为两组,实验组在前臂桡骨中段截除1.5 cm(包括骨膜),骨断端用骨蜡封闭髓腔,对照组只是在前臂桡骨中段造成骨折,两组分别于术前、术后2周、3周、4周、5周、6周、7周、8周、10周、12周进行X线检查及抽取血样。骨形成特异标志物选择:骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(bone-specific alkaline phosphatase,BSAP)。骨吸收特异标志物包括Ⅰ型胶原氨基端末肽(N-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen,NTX),人抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase5b,TRACP 5b)。检测方法采用生物素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)。结果实验组第2周3例有少许骨痂形成,但5周后骨痂情况稳定,术后8周仍无一例愈合。骨折组术后2周开始骨折线模糊,术后6~8周骨痂大量生长。两组间的BSAP、NTX有统计学意义(NTX F值187.512,P〈0.001。BSAP F值16.051,P=0.001),BSAP术前、术后两组内各数值无统计学意义,TRACP 5b术前术后、组间、组内各数值无统计学意义。实验组NTX在术后5周开始出现明显下降,术后5周与术前术后各个时间均有统计学意义,术后7周、8周、10周、12周均与术后3周、4周、5周有统计学意义,术后6周以后NTX水平基本稳定。结论新西兰大白兔骨不连缺损的模型可以选择为前臂桡骨中段,截除1.5 cm(包括骨膜),骨断端用骨蜡封闭髓腔。多个血清生化指标的检测有益于骨折愈合过程的临床评估。术后5周,NTX的显著下降,是否可以早期诊断兔实验性骨不连。 展开更多

背景:近年来随着分子生物学的不断发展,反映关节软骨早期退变等有关病理变化的实验室指标已是研究的热点问题。目的:探讨C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白在原发性膝骨关节病患者中的临床意义,寻求原发性膝骨关节病特征规律... 背景:近年来随着分子生物学的不断发展,反映关节软骨早期退变等有关病理变化的实验室指标已是研究的热点问题。目的:探讨C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白在原发性膝骨关节病患者中的临床意义,寻求原发性膝骨关节病特征规律与C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白的相关性。方法:纳入膝骨关节病组患者70例,健康志愿者18例设为对照组,采用酶联免疫夹心法检测两组血清中C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白的水平。结果与结论:原发性膝骨关节病患者血清中C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白均明显高于对照组,进一步深入研究发现在不同的性别、年龄及X射线的变化中均存在显著性差异,不同中医证型中风寒湿痹型患者C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原明显低于肝肾亏虚型和气滞血瘀型患者,而软骨寡聚基质蛋白间比较差异无显著性意义。说明C-末段交叉连接的Ⅱ型胶原和软骨寡聚基质蛋白与膝骨关节炎的发生发展有着密切关系,两者联合应用能显著提高诊断的准确性,在膝骨关节炎的发病机制中具有重要的作用,与软骨的退变密切相关,并且可以反映病情、证型等变化。 展开更多

Face centred cubic(FCC) TiB ceramic powder synthesized by Ti-boronizing method was used as conductive filler to make ceramic electrically conductive adhesives(ECAs) with the polymer matrix.Electrically conductive properties of the ceramic ECAs were studied.The bulk electrical resistivity varied with the powder content of the FCC-TiB in ECAs.The FCC-TiB filled ECAs also showed the percolation behavior that usually occurred for the metal-filled ECAs,the percolation threshold was located at the content of 60%FCC-TiB.A minimum value of 0.1 Ω·cm was obtained at a content of 75%FCC-TiB.In order to check the reliability of mechanical property,tensile test was done to measure the shear strength,and the shear strength dropped with increasing the content of FCC-TiB powders.It is about 12.26 MPa at the content of 70%TiB powders.The Cu filled ECAs were also prepared for comparison.The properties of the oxidation resistance of the two ECAs were evaluated.The results show that the ceramic ECAs have excellent oxidation resistance and better stability compared with the Cu filled ECAs. 展开更多

The CaCu3Ti4O12 xerogels, powders and ceramics were prepared through the sol-gel method using two kinds of organic acid (decanoic acid and decanedioic acid). The xerogels, powders and ceramics were characterized by the methods of TG-DTG, FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TEM. The dielectric properties of the ceramics were also measured. The results indicated that the powders calcined at 850 ℃ for 2 h are both nanometer scale particles. After sintering, the ceramics mainly consist of the CaCu3Ti4O12 phase. Compared with the powders prepared using monoacid, the particle size of the powders prepared using diacid obviously increases, and the grain size, the relative density and the whole permittivity of the ceramics increase as well. Hydrogel-Ⅰ was fabricated via sodium alginate in situ-embedding with MAL powders and then applied to decontaminating Pb(Ⅱ) from water. Conditions for preparing Hydrogel-Ⅰ and the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) over Hydrogel-I were optimized through response surface methodology coupled with central composite design. XPS revealed that the groups of —OH, —COO—, —NH, —NHand —CSS— carried by Hydrogel-Ⅰ were responsible for the uptake of Pb(Ⅱ). Ions exchange, surface complexation, electrostatic attraction and pore-filling effect contributed to the adsorption process. Adsorption performances of Pb(Ⅱ) by Hydrogel-Ⅰ and MAL powders were compared. Although they exhibited similar adsorption rate and maximum adsorption capacity(qm), the reusing ability of Hydrogel-Ⅰ was better and it was easier to be separated from aqueous solution after treatment. Even compared with organic hydrogel materials,Hydrogel-Ⅰ presented relatively quick adsorption speed and high adsorption capacity. A superoxide dismutase was purified from Enteromorpha linza using a simple and safe procedure, which comprised phosphate buffer extraction, ammonium sulphate precipitation, ion exchange chromatography on Q-sepharose column, and gel filtration chromatography on Superdex 200 10/300GL. The E. linza superoxide dismutase (E/SOD) was purified 103.6-fold, and a yield of 19.1% and a specific activity of 1 750 U/rag protein were obtained. The SDS-PAGE exhibited E/SOD a single band near 23 kDa and the gel filtration study showed E/SOD's molecular weight is near 46 kDa in nondenatured condition, indicating it's a homodimeric protein. E/SOD is an iron-cofactored superoxide dismutase (Fe-SOD) because it was inhibited by hydrogen peroxide, insensitive to potassium cyanide. The optimal temperature for its maximal enzyme activity was 35℃, and it still had 29.8% relative activity at 0℃, then E/SOD can be classified as a cold-adapted enzyme. E/SOD was stable when temperature was below 40℃ or the pH was within the range of 5 10. The first 11 N-terminal amino acids orE/SOD were ALELKAPPYEL, comparison of its N-terminal sequence with other Fe-SOD N-terminal sequences at the same position suggests it is possibly a chloroplastic Fe-SOD. 展开更多

目的探讨特异性的溶骨性骨代谢指标血Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联羧基末端肽(sICTP)、尿Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联氨基末端肽(uNTx)和尿吡啶酚(uPyd)与乳腺癌骨转移患者治疗反应的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),测定120例乳腺癌患者的sI... 目的探讨特异性的溶骨性骨代谢指标血Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联羧基末端肽(sICTP)、尿Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联氨基末端肽(uNTx)和尿吡啶酚(uPyd)与乳腺癌骨转移患者治疗反应的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),测定120例乳腺癌患者的sICTP、uNTx和uPyd,比较其在骨转移和无骨转移患者中浓度的差别,并对乳腺癌骨转移患者进行随访,比较患者治疗前后sICTP、uNTx和uPyd指标与治疗效果的关系。结果骨转移组患者的sICTP、uNTx和uPyd水平均明显高于无骨转移组(P〈0.01),56例乳腺癌骨转移患者的sICTP、uNTx和uPyd指标间两两相关(均r〉0.5,P〈0.01)。获得随访的45例乳腺癌骨转移患者中,临床受益组25例,sICTP、uNTx和uPyd治疗3个月后明显下降(P=0.025,P〈0.001,P〈0.001)。病情进展组20例,治疗3个月后,sICTP、uNTx和uPyd无明显变化(P〉0.05);而病情进展后,sICTP、uNTx和uPyd明显升高(P=0.011,P=0.002,P=0.002)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,uPyd和uNTx治疗后降低的患者治疗收益的概率增加(OR=17.0,P=0.019;OR=16.7,P=0.015),而治疗后sICTP指标下降与治疗受益无关(P=0.841)。结论sICTP、uNTx和uPyd可作为乳腺癌骨转移患者评价疗效和转归监测的辅助指标。 展开更多

SnS-C composite powders were prepared through one-pot spray pyrolysis for use as anode materials for Na-ion batteries. C microspheres with uniformly attached cubic-like SnS nanocrystals, which have an amorphous C coating layer, were formed at a preparation temperature of 900 ℃. The initial discharge capacities of the bare SnS and SnS-C composite powders at a current density of 500 mA·g^-1 were 695 and 740 mA·h·g^-1, respectively. The discharge capacities after 50 cycles and the capacity retentions measured from the second cycle of the bare SnS and SnS-C composite powders were 25 and 433 mA.h.g-1 and 5 and 89%, respectively. The prepared SnS-C composite powders with high reversible capacities and good cycle performance can be used as Na-ion battery anode materials. 展开更多

A novel sol-gel processing was developed to synthesize polycrystalline cerium-doped lutetium pyrosilicate (Lu2Si2O7Ce, LPS :Ce) powders under low temperature. It was found that the addition of propylene oxide (PPO) could promote the formation of Lu-O-Si bonds in precursor, which was beneficial to the formation of LPS phase. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicated that the single-phased LPS powder was well crystallized at 1050℃. Microstructure observation demonstrated that the synthetic LPS powder was composed of ellipsoidal grains with the mean size of 40 nm. The luminescent properties were characterized by photoluminescence (PL), X-ray excited luminescence (XEL) and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) spectroscopy at room temperature. The synthetic LPS:Ce powder emitted a broad emission spectrum centered at about 380 nm, which should be ascribed to the 5d→4f transition of Ce3+. Decay time of the synthetic LPS:Ce powder was measured to be only 32 ns. 展开更多

In terms of the classical theory in textbooks, the two components with phase separation in a binary polymer blend will, depending on their compatibility, have their respective Tg get closer or remain in their original values. According to the classical theory, the Tg of plastic component shall remain unchanged or move toward the lower Tg of rubber component in a rubber/plastic blend. However, ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered rubber (UFPR) with a diameter of ca. 100 nm can simultaneously increase the toughness and the Tg of plastics, which is abnormal and is difficult to explain by classical theory. In this feature article, the abnormal behavior and its mechanism are discussed in detail. 展开更多
