METHODS Twenty eight cases of cancriform othorax cavity dropsy caused by lung cancer were divided into the treatment group and the control one at random with multi center division method,the treatment group was infused with cow bacillus vaccine 1000 μg into the thorax cavity 2 3 times, the control one was infused with boleymycine 60 mg 2 3 times, both of which were conducted systamic chemiotherapy. RESULTS Total effective rate of the treatment group was, and the effective rate of the treatment one was , which were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Cow bacillus vaccine can be used to treat locally cancriform pleural cavity dropsy.展开更多
