能动性教学在高中信息技术选修课开发中的实践探究

笔者根据高中信息技术课程具有的工程性和实践性特点,运用能动性教学的理论、方法,探索了在新课程改革背景下的能动性教学在信息技术选修课中的实践,教师通过微信、QQ、电子邮件等网络通讯工具、微课及自主学习网站等网络学习方法,活跃了课堂内外的学习气氛,拓宽了学生的学习空间,激发了学生的学习兴趣,并以"项目驱动"法和"角色扮演"法来设计与开发课程,增强了学生的责任感,调动了学生的学习能动性,锻炼了学生发现问题、探索问题和解决问题的能力。

经验型学术英语教师思政教学能动性的叙事研究

为了研究经验型学术英语教师思政教学能动性的表现及影响因素,文章以一位经验型学术英语教师为研究对象,采取叙事研究方法,从个人能动性、关系能动性和改变能动性三方面进行研究,结果发现,该教师的个人能动性较高,能够积极利用关系能动性与学生、同事和学科教师建立互动和协作关系,且在改变能动性方面能积极参与思政课程改革和研究,对教学行为进行创造性的改变;在影响该教师思政教学能动性的因素中,教师信念是发挥学术英语教师思政教学能动性的前提,教师身份认同是教师持续进行思政教学实践的动力,教师情感投入和学校制度支持有助于建构学术英语教师思政教学的生态圈。

“双师教学”模式下乡村教师能动性与教学专长的关系研究

“双师教学”是以优质远程教师为引导,促进乡村在地教师教学能力提升的教师专业发展模式。为了解参与“双师教学”的乡村在地教师工作现状和专业发展的基本路径,研究研发了“双师教学”能动性问卷和教学专长问卷。对771名教师调研发现:“双师教学”能动性对教师教学专长发展有积极影响;乡村教师仅履行“双师教学”的课堂辅助职责,而缺乏教学效能感,会对其教学专长的发展产生负面影响;“双师教学”能动性对处于职业发展不同阶段的乡村教师的教学专长发展影响路径存在较显著的差异。研究建议“双师教学”不能将乡村教师固化为边缘参与者,切断其专业发展的路径,并应针对不同职业发展阶段的乡村教师进行精细化、差异化的设计和管理。

教师教学主观能动性的发挥与教育质量

教师主观能动性的发挥表现在“出工”与“出力”两个维度。高校教学质量的提高既有外因又有内因,就教师这一特定主体而言,其对教学质量的影响的内外因的关系正如通常所说的“出工”与“出力”的关系,而内因即“出力”所起的作用更为根本。可以通过内因外化的方式对教学质量提高的内因进行操控,达到提高教育质量的目的。

职前英语教师教学能动性发展个案研究——复杂动态系统理论视角

本研究基于复杂动态系统理论,采用个案研究法探究了两位职前英语教师在教育实习中教学能动性的表现形式及发展特征。研究发现在教育实习的各个阶段,职前教师的教学能动性都以不同形式体现于能动观念和能动行为。教学能动性系统的复杂动态变化是教师主体与环境不断互动的结果,体现出全面联结性、互适性、自组织性等特征。研究发现对我国职前教师培养具有一定启示。

The psychological teaching approach to basic foreign language teaching

Basic foreign language teaching for language majors plays a significant role in the process of foreign language teaching and is also a crucial stage in the training of foreign language talents. During the stage teachers should learn about students＇ learning motives and the beginners＇ psychological state to rouse students＇ interest and mobilize their initiatives so that students can change from passive learning to active learning. In recent years, our govemment has been vigorously advocating the students＇ all-around development of morality, intelligence, fitness, aesthetics, and labor, and correspondently PE teaching is becoming more and more significant. While the traditional teaching model in most cases has limited the development of the students＇ subjective initiative, which is teacher-centered and ignores the student＇s subjectivity, placing students in a state of passive learning. Presently, the knowledge-feeding teaching mode is faced with being banned. Along with the reform of the teaching objectives, the PE teaching reform is imperative under the direction of mobilizing students＇ learning initiative, adjusting the PE class structure, broadening the PE teaching and strengthening the design and implementation of the Combination with students＇ moral education development pattern.
