因为“能想”,所以“会听”

语文能力强不强,有时表现在会不会“听”。人们愿意听口才好的人讲述,欣赏好的表达,对自己的讲述能力却并不在意。和老师们交流,听到他们对一些讲座或报告的批评,也有道理。遗憾的是,他们往往只听了十分钟就分心去做其他事了,甚至“小睡也别有风味”。可是,那位报告人的讲述究竟存在哪些方面的缺陷,他们未见得能说出一二。其实,即使报告人的讲述存在问题,也值得探讨分析,因为我们是语文专业工作者,发现的教训往往比经验更有价值。

能想 会做 善思——pH教学设计

教师在进行备课、教学设计、上课时,在每一个环节上,都要设置促使学生积极思考的问题,要把学生的注意力集中到“能想、会做、善思”上。要思考,而不是死记,使学习“活起来”,使学生从思考中获取知识,让学生生活在思考的世界里。

想法多,路子多

“能想”,是学习力。有时,可能不在于比一般人想得“有效”,而在于“一直想”。读学生作文,曾多次发现他们引述科学史上的名人逸事,讲述中外历史上某个事件不为人知的起因,介绍某个行业曾经的困境,某位工匠的制作发明,等等,往往耳目一新,感到欣喜,因为这些事“被他注意了”。

浅谈小班化语文教学

小班化教学重在＂精神＂,也就是尊重学生个别差异以提供个性教育的机会、以多元化的教学和评价方式使学生充分发挥多元智慧和潜能、改善师生互动关系以提升学习效果和教学品质。归根结底就是让孩子们能以自己的方式学习,并能享受到学习的快乐。

引导学生在综合实践活动中“学”“练”“做”

著名教育家陶行知先生说过:我们的教育,要解放孩子的头脑,让他们能想;解放孩子的眼睛,让他们能看;解放孩子的双手,让他们能做;解放孩子的时间,让他们能学自己想学的东西。因此,语文综合实践活动要以活动促发展,让学生真正走进生活,在活动中大胆探究,敢于质疑。

Impact of replacement of Re by W on dislocation slip mediated creeps of γ'-Ni_(3)Al phases

The anomalous flow behavior of γ'-Ni_(3)Al phases at high temperature is closely related to the cross-slip of 1/2<110>{111}super-partial dislocations.Generalized stacking fault energy curves(i.e.,Γ-surfaces)along the lowest energy path can provide a great deal of information on the nucleation and movement of dislocations.With the first-principles calculation,the interplay between Re and W,Mo,Ta,Ti doped at preferential sites and their synergetic influence on Γ-surfaces and ideal shear strength(τ_(max))in γ'-Ni_(3)Al phases are investigated.Similar to single Re-addition,the Suzuki segregation of W at stacking faults is demonstrated to enable to impede the movement of 1/6<112>{111} Shockley partial dislocations and promote the cross-slip of 1/2<110>{111}super-partial dislocations.With the replacement of a part of Re by W,a decreased γ_(APB)^(111)/γ_(APB)^(001) indicates that the anomalous flow behavior of γ'phases at high temperature is not as excellent as the double Re-addition,but an increasedτmax means that the creep rupture strength of Ni-based single crystal superalloys can be benefited from this replacement to some extent,especially in the co-segregation of Re and W at Al−Al sites.As the interaction between X1_(Al) and X2_(Al) point defects is characterized by an correlation energy function ΔE^(X1_(Al)+X2_(Al))(d),it is found that both strong attraction and strong repulsion are unfavarable for the improvement of yield strengths of γ'phase.

Grice＇s theory of conversational implicature

Understanding an utterance is far from proposition analysis and literal meaning interpretation. It is the unity of what is said and what is implicated. Grice＇s theory of conversational implicature provides some explicit account of how it is possible to mean more than what is literally expressed by the conventional sense of the linguistic expressions uttered. Using this theory, we can infer the speaker＇s real attention, appreciate figure of speech in literary work, and improve our communicative competence.

Researches on the challenges and opportunities of smart phones on the ideological and political education

Mobile use of new media has played an important role in the healthy development of college students and provided convenient conditions whether in learning or school life,which also brings a new educational platform and opportunities for college ideological and political education.From the perspective of dialectical unity, this paper first analyzes the educational function of smart phones,than focuses on the opportunities and challenges for the ideological and political education brought by the smartphone.Results of this study will play a certain reference level to imorove the ideological and oolitical education.

SCENARIO AND TARGET SIMULATION FOR A GROUND BASED MULTIFUNCTION PHASED ARRAY RADAR

This paper describes a scenario and target simulation which operates in non real-time to provide full closed-loop operation of the ground based multifunction phased array radar simulation system in support of ballistic missile defence experiments against countermeasure. By simulating the target scattering signature and dynamical signature, this scenario and target simulation provide re-alistic scenario source to evaluate the system performance of multifunction phased array radar, and the key algorithms verification and validation such as target tracking, multi-target imaging and target recognition.

From communicative competence to communicative language teaching

This paper tried to demonstrate the developmental history of the concept ＂communicative competence＂ from three representative models, i.e. Hymes, Canale and Swain, and Bachman in order to find out the interrelationship between communicative competence and actual communication. This discussion highlights three components---organizational competence, pragmatic competence and strategic competence in Bachman＇s. Only when we have knowledge of language and the capacity to execute the competence, could we apply the communicative pedagogical applications properly into the Communicate Language Teaching （CLT） to achieve these competences.

Analysis of the Effect and Solution of Geomagnetic Room Humidity on Geomagnetic Observation

It is not easy to control humidity in a geomagnetic room. If humidity is too high or the change is too fast it will lead to an abnormal change on data. The intelligent real-time humidity analysis and monitoring system of a geomagnetic room and probe can not only monitor and display the change of humidity in the geomagnetic room and send an alarm signal when it exceeds the pre-set range, but also dehumidify intelligently. One can arbitrarily control the sensor to monitor the ambient humidity of the probe in order to ensure that the data is stable and true. The design idea and main functions of the system are introduced in the paper.

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the implementation of ideal faith education among young college students is of broad and far-reaching significance.

Case study on the communicative competence of Chinese students

This study investigates the communicative competence of Chinese students in a British university, and the main purposes of the study are to find out more about Chinese students＇ difficulties in communication and to explore learning strategies of developing communicative competence. The research results show that Chinese students had both linguistic and socio-cultural problems in communication. Two case studies are presented of good and less good communicators to show up different patterns of communicative performance and learning strategies. In conclusion, a range of findings support the statement that attitudes, motivation and immersion were important in the development of communicative competence.

In this paper, the authors propose a method that incorporates mechanisms for handling ambiguity in speech and the ability of humans to create associations, and for formulating conversations based on rule base knowledge and common knowledge. Go beyond the level that can be achieved, using only conventional natural language processing and vast repositories of sample patterns. In this paper, the authors propose a method for computer conversation sentences generated using newspaper headlines as an example of how the common knowledge and associative ability are applied.

The Practice and Impacts of Russian-style Hybrid Warfare

The term hybrid warfare was first coined by US military scholars and later widely adopted in the West to refer to Russian military operations in the Ukrainian and Syrian crises. In Russia, it is called"Gerasimovism". Russia adapted the idea of hybrid warfare for its military operations in Ukraine and Syria into a Russian-style hybrid warfare that has seen successful results so far. This model is likely to impact future military developments.

Optimization of Performance in Top-Level Athletes during the Kumite in Sport Karate

This text represents a research that by individual treatment explores the influence and effect of the so-called advanced karate training （combined training program for development of physical and mental skills） in strengthening the person＇s tolerance to difficult and stressful situations. The aim of the research was to achieve optimal performance by the athletes during the kumite1 in karate. The research involved initial, control and final experiment, where the karate practitioners were focused on the training model given （group; n = 13） and working in a group with additional individual intensive sessions provided for each participant. All athletes were male contestants aged 26.4 - 6.8. The aim of the research was to explore how their performance can be influenced using psychological techniques during karate trainings, or how not to fall into one of the four undesirable states of mind called Shikai2. Results confirmed that the model of combined physical and mental training for athletes improves their physical skills and optimizes performance during competitions.

Effects of mindfulness meditation on trait mindfulness,perceived stress,emotion regulation,and quality of life in hemodialysis patients:A randomized controlled trial

Objective:This study aimed to examine the effects of mindfulness meditation on trait mindfulness,perceived stress,emotion regulation,and quality of life in end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:An experimental study with repeated measures design was conducted among a sample of 74 end-stage renal disease patients undergoing hemodialysis between January and May 2021 in the dialysis center at Jahra hospital,Kuwait.The patients were randomly assigned to the experimental(n?37)and control groups(n?37).The experimental group participated in 30-min mindfulness meditation sessions(three sessions a week for five weeks)held during their hemodialysis sessions;the participants in the control group were instructed to sit with their eyes closed and relaxed for 30 min three times a week for five weeks during hemodialysis sessions.The dependent variables of both groups were measured at baseline(T0),middle of intervention(T1),and end of intervention(T2)using the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ),and Kidney Disease Quality of Life(KDQOL-36)questionnaire.The study was registered in the ClinicalTrial.gov(Identifier:NCT05176730).Results:The repeated measures ANOVA(within-subject)results for the experimental group showed that mindfulness meditation had significantly decreased perceived stress by the end of the intervention.Also,mindfulness meditation improved mindfulness,emotion regulation,and kidney disease-related quality of life in the experimental group,and this improvement occurred significantly at both T1 and T2.The repeated measures ANOVA(within and between-subject)results showed that the experimental group,as compared to the control group,had lower perceived stress,higher trait mindfulness,higher emotional regulation,and higher kidney disease-related quality of life over time.Conclusions:The positive findings of this study offer health policy-makers and hospital administrators a promising tool to use with patients undergoing hemodialysis as a way to manage stress and improve quality of life.However,this study should be replicated in multiple settings with follow-up assessments.

Reconsider Confucius＇ enlightening reflection： Implications on heuristic teaching

Western heuristic teaching method was originated from Socrates who initiated the teaching mode of ＂teachers ask, students answer＂. A distinctive feature of this mode was that teachers were the decisive factor in the process of teaching and learning, who raised the questions at the very beginning and gave conclusions in the end. On the contrary, oriental style of heuristic teaching method based itself on the principle that students put forward their puzzles and then asked the teachers for advice. This paper will reconsider Confucius enlightening reflection and probe into how to develop students＇ ability of thinking by questioning strategies in the heuristic teaching methodology.

Suppression of Anti-resonant Effect in Presence of Band Overlap

By exact resolution of coupled ideal chains connecting an extra side site,we show that the so-called'anti-resonant effect' is suppressed when the electron energy is inside the overlap region of extended bands of the idealtight-binding chains.When the electronic energy is outside the band overlap region,the existence of 'anti-resonanteffect' is tuned by details of local connectivity around the extra side site and can be suppressed by introduction ofmagnetic flux.
