为了获取乙烯装置的能效价值,提出基于k-means聚类的多变量时序数据线性最小方差优化融合算法及其证明。采用改进的k-means聚类算法对乙烯装置能耗相关时序数据进行聚类分析,获取多变量时序数据的分类及其聚类中心,以各聚类中心计算每... 为了获取乙烯装置的能效价值,提出基于k-means聚类的多变量时序数据线性最小方差优化融合算法及其证明。采用改进的k-means聚类算法对乙烯装置能耗相关时序数据进行聚类分析,获取多变量时序数据的分类及其聚类中心,以各聚类中心计算每个时序变量均方差,并用线性最小方差优化融合算法对各聚类中心加权向量融合,提取乙烯装置能效价值的多维数据虚拟标杆。提出采用多维能效价值雷达曲线展示虚拟标杆与能耗相关的多维数据,直观揭示各年度装置的运行状态与操作水平,准确找出产生能耗的主要原因及提高能效的主要方向。提出的方法不但为乙烯装置的能效评估提供了可行方法,也可应用到其他流程装置的能效评估。 展开更多

为了有效分析乙烯装置的能效状态,寻找传统单一能效指标背后隐藏的节能机会,本文提出了以单位乙烯产品综合能耗和相关的8类影响因素共同为能效状态评价准则的乙烯装置能效价值层次模型。模型将乙烯装置能效价值建立在原料消耗量、乙烯... 为了有效分析乙烯装置的能效状态,寻找传统单一能效指标背后隐藏的节能机会,本文提出了以单位乙烯产品综合能耗和相关的8类影响因素共同为能效状态评价准则的乙烯装置能效价值层次模型。模型将乙烯装置能效价值建立在原料消耗量、乙烯收率、装置规模、负荷率、燃料、蒸汽、电、水等其它能耗和单位乙烯产品综合能耗的基础上,丰富了乙烯装置能效评价的内涵。针对包含多准则的能效价值的对标问题,进一步提出了1种基于层次分析的虚拟对标方法,使能效评价能融合乙烯节能实践知识,虚拟标杆更具针对性和实用性。最后,本文利用能效价值曲线直观地展示了某年产80万吨的乙烯装置近5年的能效价值数据。结果表明,虚拟标杆相比指标最优法和均值法更有利于揭示节能的关键因素,更具合理性和实用性。 展开更多

With the aim of drawing valuable lessons for the management and planning of similar business transformation initiatives, this paper critically evaluates a change project at an organization in South Africa, from three inter-woven dimensions: creating the climate for change, engaging and enabling the organization, and sustaining change. Firstly, a key achievement demonstrates that attempts to create a conducive climate for change should recognize that the unit of change in any organization is, ultimately, the individual. Levers for such initiatives should navigate the macro-organizational change narrative and translate change generalities into specific individual actions and behaviors. Secondly, learning from an implementation gap, similar efforts would gain better traction in engagement and empowerment by leveraging on an influential cross-functional team made up of enthusiastic supporters of the required change, to foster ownership and to embrace change across the organization. Key characteristics that should be represented on the team include leadership skills, expertise, credibility, effective communication, and a sense of urgency. Thirdly, in terms of sustaining change, twin lessons surge to the fore. On a positive note, by progressing its values-set into an annual staff award, there is a pointer to the potential of innovatively encouraging and rewarding employees to live the value qualities. And, on the flip side, a need is underscore of the critical role of seamless executive leadership, providing ongoing co-creating windows for instilling positive attitudes and creating synergies among related strategic initiatives. 展开更多

Companies are currently immersed in a process of competitiveness, which is increasingly more complicated to achieve differentiation that can guarantee you the preference of customers and consequently the success of the organization. It becomes partly crucial for the organization to be in the dynamics of the sector and market where it operates and wants its consolidation, because value systems become strategic elemente that play a role as key factors of success in organizations seeking priority intend to increase their organizational performance. Given the above, this research seeks to get to identify strategic uses of information and communication technologies in the processes of the value chain in small commercial businesses in Mexicali, aiming to contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of the same. It is in this sense that the technologies of information and communication have become a powerful tool that will allow them to be innovative, cost-effective and this will have an impact on the performance of the organization that will allow you to improve your service, interact with customers and suppliers, and above all more efficiently meet their own needs and organizational expectations. This research was exploratory and within the relevant findings, coming to the conclusion that it is necessary to focus more emphatically on the client; organizations have deficiencies in relation to the strategic use of ICTs to streamline their billing, manufacturing, distribution, and storage of your products, activities highlighting this if they don't have a reconsideration in this aspect, at the risk of offset in terms of its competitors which would mean ceasing to be option on the market, stressing that this not only will be a trigger factor in mature companies, but those who need to improve their service and that they will serve as input for the conduction of processes along the value chain. The research is exploratory in nature, as evidenced in the use of the ICTs focused on the man~,gement of the value chain and its relationship with different variables of such management, making that they are discovered behaviors on the structure of the value chain able to generate sustainable benefits and contribute to the improvement of the competitive position of the companies involved in this study. 展开更多
