煤制油化工行业能源优化模型应用

在煤制油化工生产过程中,能源消耗是企业重要经营成本之一,也对环境产生较大影响。就目前的煤制油企业运行实践来看,蒸汽系统是其中发挥重要作用的系统之一,在实际生产过程中普遍存在着比较突出的热能流失情况,这直接导致了燃煤消耗量... 在煤制油化工生产过程中,能源消耗是企业重要经营成本之一,也对环境产生较大影响。就目前的煤制油企业运行实践来看,蒸汽系统是其中发挥重要作用的系统之一,在实际生产过程中普遍存在着比较突出的热能流失情况,这直接导致了燃煤消耗量的增加,对于绿色经济发展和企业节能降耗而言是非常不利的。传统模式下能源统计比较滞后,无法实现实时的能源消耗计算也就无法及时进行调整优化,采用蒸汽系统智能模拟、能源多周期动态优化等核心技术,建立多目标规划的蒸汽系统模拟优化模型,可以最大限度地减少能源的消耗,从而降低生产成本。 展开更多

To reduce energy consumption in cloud data centres,in this paper,we propose two algorithms called the Energy-aware Scheduling algorithm using Workload-aware Consolidation Technique(ESWCT) and the Energyaware Live Migration algorithm using Workload-aware Consolidation Technique(ELMWCT).As opposed to traditional energy-aware scheduling algorithms,which often focus on only one-dimensional resource,the two algorithms are based on the fact that multiple resources(such as CPU,memory and network bandwidth)are shared by users concurrently in cloud data centres and heterogeneous workloads have different resource consumption characteristics.Both algorithms investigate the problem of consolidating heterogeneous workloads.They try to execute all Virtual Machines(VMs) with the minimum amount of Physical Machines(PMs),and then power off unused physical servers to reduce power consumption.Simulation results show that both algorithms efficiently utilise the resources in cloud data centres,and the multidimensional resources have good balanced utilizations,which demonstrate their promising energy saving capability. 展开更多

The objective of this research is to quantify the EEC (embodied energy/CO2) of a building. The EEC represents the energy consumption and CO2 emissions at individual phases of a building's life-cycle, such as construction (including manufacture of materials and equipment), renewal (including repair work) and demolition. Energy and CO2 emission intensities in terms of 401 sectors were calculated, using the 2005 I-O (input-output) table in Japan. According to our case study conducted from the construction phase to demolition, the EC (embodied CO2) of an office building used for 60 years is 12,044 t-CO2 and 1,093 kg-CO2/m^2 in total. CO2 equivalent emissions (CO2e) by Freon gases, contained in building materials, equipment and devices, were also calculated. As the results, CO2e by insulators was 2% of the building's EC and CO2e by refrigerants was 9%-12% of the building's EC. It is important to keep reducing emissions of Freon gases contained in refrigerators. 展开更多
