能谱CT技术及MRI在少脂肪肾错构瘤与早期肾癌的鉴别诊断分析 被引量:2

目的探讨少脂肪肾错构瘤(RAML)与肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)能谱CT技术及MRI检查的影像特征。方法对经手术病理证实的少脂肪RAML(17例)和ccRCC(28例)共45例患者的影像学资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果少脂肪RAML患者17例,CT平扫12例呈... 目的探讨少脂肪肾错构瘤(RAML)与肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)能谱CT技术及MRI检查的影像特征。方法对经手术病理证实的少脂肪RAML(17例)和ccRCC(28例)共45例患者的影像学资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果少脂肪RAML患者17例,CT平扫12例呈稍高密度,3例呈等密度,2例呈混杂低密度,5例T2WI均呈均匀低信号,T1呈等信号;17例均强化较均匀,14例呈持续强化,3例呈"快进快出"强化方式。ccRCC患者28例,CT平扫14例低密度,8例呈等密度,6例呈混杂低密度;6例T2WI均呈混杂稍高信号,3例有假包膜;25例呈不均匀强化,呈"快进快出"强化方式,3例呈持续强化。能谱CT技术分析:17例少脂肪RAML中,10例平扫脂(水)密度图病灶呈稍高密度,水(脂)密度图呈稍低密度,平扫70 Kev ROI图的能谱曲线呈直线型,与脂肪标准曲线有一定不同,直方图显示大部分CT值位于30~40 HU,但仍有一小部分CT值在0 HU以下,三期增强能谱曲线呈衰减型,皮质期及实质期其曲线形态一致。28例ccRCC患者均未见RAML类似征象。结论能谱CT技术分析对少脂肪RAML诊断具有一定的特征性,结合MRI检查,可明显提高对少脂肪RAML及ccRCC的鉴别诊断价值。 展开更多

目的探讨分析能谱CT结石成分分析技术在肾结石低能量体外冲击波碎石术中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的经能谱CT结石成分分析技术评估后决定行低能量体外冲击波碎石术的肾结石患者40例作为实验组,同期收... 目的探讨分析能谱CT结石成分分析技术在肾结石低能量体外冲击波碎石术中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的经能谱CT结石成分分析技术评估后决定行低能量体外冲击波碎石术的肾结石患者40例作为实验组,同期收治的经常规CT检查后决定行体外冲击碎石术的肾结石患者40例作为对照组,观察比较两组的一次碎石成功率、轰击次数、最高工作电压以及术后严重并发症发生率等情况。结果两组患者的一次碎石成功率比较,实验组(75.0%)显著高于对照组(57.5%)(χ2=9.215,P<0.05)。两组患者的平均轰击次数比较,实验组[(1 236.8±35.6)次]显著低于对照组[(1 547.5±47.2)次](t=4.258,P<0.05)。两组患者的平均最高工作电压比较,实验组[(5.2±0.8)k V]显著低于对照组[(5.8±1.1)k V](t=4.012,P<0.05)。两组患者的术后严重并发症发生率比较,实验组(2.5%)显著低于对照组(12.2%)(χ2=4.586,P<0.05)。结论通过能谱CT结石成分分析技术准确分析肾结石成分,据此制定合理的低能量体外冲击波碎石术方案,可以有效提高手术的一次碎石成功率,同时降低术后严重并发症发生率,值得临床推广。 展开更多

准确获得聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝含油率,可有效地控制原丝品质、碳纤维生产稳定及有效地降低生产成本。研究了提取剂、提取方法、纤维状态以及提取方法组合对PAN原丝含油率测定的影响,开发了适用原丝生产企业的简便、准确和稳定性好的原丝含... 准确获得聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝含油率,可有效地控制原丝品质、碳纤维生产稳定及有效地降低生产成本。研究了提取剂、提取方法、纤维状态以及提取方法组合对PAN原丝含油率测定的影响,开发了适用原丝生产企业的简便、准确和稳定性好的原丝含油率测定方法。结果表明:在提取剂相同时,抽提法测试所得PAN原丝含油率均大于回流法0.02%~0.04%,但抽提法CV值为4.2%,而回流法CV值在1%左右,小于数据更稳定;纤维完全松散或棉线绑定,不影响含油率测定,但滤纸包裹纤维会吸附0.01%~0.02%油剂;相同的提取方法,乙醚作为提取剂的含油率测定比二氯甲烷高0.06%~0.07%;经回流提取后再进行二次抽提,仍可获得0.12%~0.21%不等的油剂,上油原丝、二氯甲烷回流提取原丝、再经乙醚二次抽提的原丝进行X射线光电子能谱技术分析,Si相对C的含量Si 2p/C 1s逐步下降,由48.31%分别下降至17.96%、11.09%,回流法和抽提法结合更能稳定、真实地获取原丝真实含油率,是PAN碳纤维原丝厂家适用的原丝含油率测定方法。 展开更多

N-FINDR is a very popular algorithm of endmember (EM) extraction for its automated property and high efficiency. Unfortunately, innumerable volume calculation, initial random selection of EMs and blind searching for EMs lead to low speed of the algorithm and limit the applications of the algorithm. So in this paper two measures are proposed to speed up the algorithm. One of the measures is substituting distance calculation for volume calculation. Thus the avoidance of volume calculation greatly decreases the computational cost. The other measure is resorting dataset in terms of pixel purity likelihood based on pixel purity index (PPI) concept. Then, initial EMs can be selected well-founded and a fast searching for EMs is achieved. Numerical experiments show that the two measures speed up the original algorithm hundreds of times as the number of EMs is more than ten. 展开更多

A dual N-ary orthogonal hybrid modulation system is introduced in this paper, which can increase the data rate greatly compared with conventional N-ary orthogonal spread spectrum system, so it can be used for high rate data communication. Then, three code recognition algorithms are presented for dual N-ary orthogonal hybrid modulation system and the analytic bit error rate (BER) performance of the system in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and fiat Rayleigh fading channel is derived. Finally, the computer simulation of the system with three code recognition algorithms is performed, which shows that the simplified maximum a posteriori (MAP) algorithm is the best for the system with a compromise between the performance and the complexity. 展开更多

Corrosion behavior of AZ91 magnesium alloy under NaCl particle deposition condition was investigated by gravimetric method and surface analysis technique.It was found that the mass gain increased rapidly at the beginning of exposure and then slowly with time.The corrosion morphologies were observed and the results showed that NaCl deposition resulted in the occurrence of localized corrosion.The composition of corrosion product was analyzed using X-ray photo electron spectroscopy.It was suggested that the corrosion product was a mixture of oxide and hydroxide of magnesium and aluminum. 展开更多

Background:Interpersonal coordination is an essential aspect of daily life,and crucial to performance in cooperative and competitive team sports.While empirical research has investigated interpersonal coordination using a wide variety of analytical tools and frameworks,to date very few studies have employed multifractal techniques to study the nature of interpersonal coordination across multiple spatiotemporal scales.In the present study we address this gap.Methods:We investigated the dynamics of a simple dyadic interpersonal coordination task where each participant manually controlled a virtual object in relation to that of his or her partner.We tested whether the resulting hand-movement time series exhibits multi-scale properties and whether those properties are associated with successful performance.Results:Using the formalism of multifractals,we show that the performance on the coordination task is strongly multi-scale,and that the multi-scale properties appear to arise from interaction-dominant dynamics.Further,we find that the measure of across-scale interactions,multifractal spectrum width,predicts successful performance at the level of the dyad.Conclusion:The results are discussed with respect to the implications of multifractals and interaction-dominance for understanding control in an interpersonal context. 展开更多
