活性脆损:活性染料对染色织物的损伤--一些染整技术的回顾之一

活性染料染色的棉织物经多次洗衣店洗涤后往往出现强力下降,该现象据推断是由于活性染料染色后的纤维素纤维容易发生酸性水解导致的,被称为"活性脆损"。其另一表现为活性浓深色染色织物会出现机械性能和湿摩擦牢度的明显下降... 活性染料染色的棉织物经多次洗衣店洗涤后往往出现强力下降,该现象据推断是由于活性染料染色后的纤维素纤维容易发生酸性水解导致的,被称为"活性脆损"。其另一表现为活性浓深色染色织物会出现机械性能和湿摩擦牢度的明显下降。文中综述了"活性脆损现象"的相关机理研究,探讨了活性染料结构对促进纤维水解作用的影响,并提出染料吸电子效应可能是影响活性脆损的主要因素;利用分子动力学模拟分析了不同结构的取代分子对纤维素苷键断裂焓变的影响,发现取代基的空间位阻效应对苷键水解的影响更为显著。为了彻底解决活性脆损问题,提高活性染料染棉尤其是染浓深色的湿摩擦牢度,必须进行更深层次的理论研究,以明确该现象背后的物化机理。 展开更多

历年来,毛巾行业各厂经常有极少用户反映毛巾不耐用,一般是:热天多于冷天,厚重毛巾多于轻薄毛巾,江南潮湿地区多于北方干燥地区。 (一) 上海萃众毛巾厂对此现象通过调查研究和试验分析,认为造成这一原因除必须严格控制毛巾的练漂工艺... 历年来,毛巾行业各厂经常有极少用户反映毛巾不耐用,一般是:热天多于冷天,厚重毛巾多于轻薄毛巾,江南潮湿地区多于北方干燥地区。 (一) 上海萃众毛巾厂对此现象通过调查研究和试验分析,认为造成这一原因除必须严格控制毛巾的练漂工艺保证出厂成品符合质量标准外,主要是由于自然界的微生物干扰使毛巾霉变所造成的。因此,在毛巾练漂工艺结束后,再增加一道防霉处理工艺。 关于防霉剂的选用,通过对10多只防霉剂逐只试验,进行优选。从工艺条件、防霉效果、成本等多种因素结合考虑,最后选用上海东风农药厂生产的高效低毒苯骈咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯(以下简称BCM),在绳洗机上进行处理。100打毛巾用量为BCM 140克/1.2吨水,室温、15分钟。由于BCM不溶于水中,宜用扩散剂 NNO 100克与BCM混合后加热水10升,并不断搅拌防止沉淀,然后徐徐加入绳洗机应用。 经过上述防霉处理后的毛巾,不仅是无菌产品,而且经过黑曲霉、黄曲霉、木霉、桔草杆菌、混合菌种等平板培养试验,具有良好的抑菌作用,抑菌圈有5厘米。在产品贮运过程中具有良好的防霉作用,1980年用户反映显著减少。 展开更多

为探明纤维素酶洗涤提高含棉织物易去污性的机理,采用滴水法、马丁代尔磨擦—扫描电镜联合分析法、XRD分析和铜值法等测试分析技术对涤棉织物经纤维素酶洗涤后的润湿性、耐磨性、表面形态、结晶度、亲水基团含量等理化性能进行分析表征... 为探明纤维素酶洗涤提高含棉织物易去污性的机理,采用滴水法、马丁代尔磨擦—扫描电镜联合分析法、XRD分析和铜值法等测试分析技术对涤棉织物经纤维素酶洗涤后的润湿性、耐磨性、表面形态、结晶度、亲水基团含量等理化性能进行分析表征。结果表明:经纤维素酶洗涤后,棉纤维表面发生脆损,涤棉织物的耐磨性下降,在外力作用下易使织物表面的纤维脱落从而带走污垢;同时,纤维素酶洗涤使棉纤维的结晶度有所下降,纤维素大分子的β-1,4-甙键部分切断形成醛基,从而提高了棉纤维的亲水性,增加了涤棉织物的润湿性,进而使涤棉织物的易去污性得以改善。 展开更多

Based on fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and damage mechanics, thermal-hydro-mechanical (THM) coupling damage model of brittle rock is established by analyzing THM coupling mechanism, where THM coupling damage variable DTHM is dominated by TH coupling damage variable DTH, TM coupling damage variable DTM and HM coupling damage variable DHM, and DTH is firstly expressed in term of dimensionless total thermal conductivity of the water Nu. Permeability test, uni-axial compression test and THM coupling test are conducted to measure the permeability, elastic modulus and THM coupling stress-strain curves of brittle rock. The tested values of THM coupling elastic modulus E'HM are in good agreement with the predicted values of THM coupling elastic modulus ETHM, which can verify the newly established THM coupling damage model. 展开更多

Based on the parallel bar system, combining with the synergetic method, the catastrophe theory and the acoustic emission test, a new motivated statistical damage model for quasi-brittle solid was developed. Taking concrete for instances, the rationality and the flexibility of this model and its parameters-determining method were identified by the comparative analyses between theoretical and experimental curves. The results show that the model can simulate the whole damage and fracture process in the fracture process zone of material when the materials arc exposed to quasi-static uniaxial tensile traction. The influence of the mesoscopic damage mechanism on the macroscopic mechanical properties of quasi-brittle materials is summarized into two aspects, rupture damage and yield damage. The whole damage course is divided into the statistical even damage phase and the local breach phase, corresponding to the two stages described by the catastrophe theory. The two characteristic states, the peak nominal stress state and the critical state are distinguished, and the critical state plays a key role during the whole damage evolution course. 展开更多

This paper presents results from acoustic emission measurements obtained during three point bending tests on Nestos marble under laboratory conditions.Acoustic emission activity was monitored using piezoelectric acoustic emission sensors,and the potential for accurate prediction of rock damage based on acoustic emission data was investigated. Damage localization was determined based on acoustic emissions generated from the critically stressed region as scattered events at stresses below and close to the strength of the material. 展开更多

The effects of pulsing electromagnetic fields(PEMFs)on cells are very important subjects in the field of bioelectromagnetics.In this experiment,the cytogenetic effects of PEMF on domestic pig lymphocytes were tested in vitro.Pig lymphocytes in RPMI 1640 medium were exposed to PEMFs of 100 kHz and 200 kHz for 12,24 and 48 hours.Chromosomal aberrations(aneuploidy,breaks,gaps,et al)were significantly increased in exposed cultures,and of these aberrations,56%chromosomal or chromatid breaks and 42%gaps induced by PEMFs were the points of pig chromosomal fragile sites.The baseline frequency of sister chromatid exchange(SCE)increased after exposing lymphocytes continuously to PEMFs of 100 kHz and 200 kHz for 48 hours.These results suggested that the exposure to PEMFs might induce a type of DNA lesion and chromosomal aberrations. 展开更多

Direct damages can lead to th... Building construction site plays an important role in the economic aspect of a region. So any disruption due to hazard event like earthquake can cause several direct and indirect damages. Direct damages can lead to the loss of equipments and qualified persons. Indirect damages can lead to inflation and loss of purchasing power. To deal with that situation, parameters that govern the vulnerability of building construction site have been identified. Using a MCDM (multiple criteria decision making) method, the priority order of these parameters has been set. Then a PVI (partial vulnerability index) and a GVI (global vulnerability index) are proposed. These indexes allow the classification of building construction sites according to their intrinsic vulnerability and seismic vulnerability respectively that is through the use of a given classification. Several Algerian building construction sites belonging to different seismic zones were considered in order to show the applicability of the method. 展开更多
