在分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)病因、发病机制的基础上,结合中医病机理论、冠心病的临床特征,提出冠心病伏毒损脉病机假说,认为社会环境、自然环境、饮食结构、人群体质等较以往有很大不同,脏腑功能失调酿生伏毒之邪(包括脂... 在分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)病因、发病机制的基础上,结合中医病机理论、冠心病的临床特征,提出冠心病伏毒损脉病机假说,认为社会环境、自然环境、饮食结构、人群体质等较以往有很大不同,脏腑功能失调酿生伏毒之邪(包括脂毒、糖毒、痰毒、瘀毒、热毒),具有虚实夹杂、顽固难愈、病变复杂、骤发性烈、凶险善变等致病特点。伏毒蓄积蕴结,损伤心脉,导致冠心病的发生发展。提出从伏毒论治的祛毒之法,包括通腑泄浊,健脾除湿,芳香辟毒,祛痰涤毒,清热解毒,活血化瘀,攻毒散浊,扶正托毒等。 展开更多

基于“伏毒损脉”理论解毒活血配方颗粒治疗糖尿病相关性心绞痛 被引量:7

目的观察解毒活血配方颗粒对糖尿病相关性心绞痛(DAA)患者中医临床证候、心电图、血糖血脂、炎症因子、抗氧化应激因子和血栓因子的影响。方法 45例糖尿病相关性心绞痛患者随机分为试验组23例,对照组22例。治疗组给予解毒活血配方颗粒,... 目的观察解毒活血配方颗粒对糖尿病相关性心绞痛(DAA)患者中医临床证候、心电图、血糖血脂、炎症因子、抗氧化应激因子和血栓因子的影响。方法 45例糖尿病相关性心绞痛患者随机分为试验组23例,对照组22例。治疗组给予解毒活血配方颗粒,对照组给予二甲双胍片治疗。疗程12周,观察2组患者用药前后中医证候积分、心电图变化,血清FBG、2h BG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、IL-1β、TNF-α、Hs-CRP、SOD、MDA、v WF、Ps的变化。结果治疗后中医证候疗效试验组优于对照组(P<0.05),ST段下移导联数、T波低平导联数和T波倒置导联数治疗后2组间比较、试验组前后比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组FBG、2h BG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL-C治疗后均显著下降(P<0.01),IL-1β、TNF-α、Hs-CRP、MDA、v WF、Ps均显著下降、SOD显著升高(P<0.01)。治疗后2组间比较IL-1β、TNF-α、Hs-CRP、MDA、v WF、Ps下降和SOD升高试验组较对照组为优(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论解毒活血配方颗粒有助于缓解DAA患者的中医临床症状,改善心电图,调节血糖、血脂,并可能通过抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗血栓途径发挥一定的心肌保护作用。 展开更多

冲脉有“经络之海”“血海”之称,胃及足阳明经有“水谷气血之海”之称,二者皆与气血运行相关。在中医学领域特有的“气理论”中,动气既可为“宗气”之异名,也可指“脐下肾间动气”。胸中宗气输布全身、运行气血有赖于胃这一气血生化之... 冲脉有“经络之海”“血海”之称,胃及足阳明经有“水谷气血之海”之称,二者皆与气血运行相关。在中医学领域特有的“气理论”中,动气既可为“宗气”之异名,也可指“脐下肾间动气”。胸中宗气输布全身、运行气血有赖于胃这一气血生化之源,而肾间动气则是基于“伏膂之脉”的发现,从而演化、发展了更为完整的气血运行体系。冲脉与胃的联系在经络循行上联系紧密,但胃通过经隧与五脏六腑建立联系,冲脉还与足少阴肾、足厥阴肝、任督二脉等建立联系。在生理功能和病理变化方面,冲脉与胃共同促进先天之真气与后天之宗气输布脏腑经络,冲气上逆与胃气上逆常并称冲胃气逆。冲脉“血海”之盈亏有赖于脾胃化生的水谷精微的滋养,充盈则血海功能正常,亏虚则血海失养,可致月事不以时下、胞胎不固。 展开更多

On-line Cu (II) ion concentration detection in bioleaching system was achieved by anodic stripping differential pulse voltammetry (ASDPV). Good linearity between Cu (II) concentration and oxidation peak current was obtained when Cu (II) existed in 0K media in the concentration range of 1μmol/L (64μg/L) to 1 mmol/L (64 mg/L). Moreover, when 0.2 mol/L KCl was added into this media, the linear detection range could be extended from 1 mmol/L to 100 mmol/L (6.4 g/L). The reduction of Cu (II) to metallic copper was shown to proceed as two successive single-electron transfer reactions involving an intermediate chemical step where the cuprous ion (Cu+) was complexed by chloride to form the dichlorocuprous anion (CuCl-). In addition, interference effect was also investigated when Fe3+existed in the media, which was the common situation in the copper bioleaching system. The results showed no interference effect once the concentration of Fe3+was less than 100 mmol/L (5.6 g/L). 展开更多

The novel covalently modified glassy carbon electrode with poly(xylitol) was prepared using an electropolymerization technique for the simultaneous determination of uric acid(UA), xanthine(XA) and hypoxanthine(HX). This new electrode presents an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of UA, XA and HX by cyclic voltammetry(CV) method. The oxidation peaks of the three compounds were well defined and had enhanced the peak currents. The separation potentials of the oxidation peak potentials for UA-XA and XA-HX were 380 and 370 mV in CV, respectively. Using differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) method, the calibration curves in the ranges of 5-55, 1.3-75.3 and 4-59 μmol/L were obtained for HX, XA and UA, respectively. The lowest detection limits(S/N=3) were 4.5, 0.75 and 3.75 μmol/L for HX, XA and UA, respectively. The practical application of the modified electrode was demonstrated by the determination of UA, XA, HX in human urine samples. 展开更多

A new method was proposed for study of organic reducing substances in soils. According to the theoretical relationship between the voltammetric behaviors and reduction-oxidation reaction of reducing substances, the working conditions of differential pulse voltammetry (d.p. v.) for determining the organic reducing substances produced during the processes of the anaerobic decomposition of plant materials were established with a glass carbon electrode as working electrode, 1 M Ag-AgCl electrode with large area as reference electrode, 0.2 M NH4AC as supporting electrolyte and pH buffer solution, pulse amplitude (AE) of 25 mV, scan rate at 2 mV·S-1and scan potential ranging from -0.5 to +1.2 voltage(vs. M Ag-AgCl). The peak current proportional to the concentration of reducing substances, and the characteristic peak potential of each organic reducing substance were regarded as the quantitative and qualitative base, respectively. These results obtained under the conditions mentioned above directly reflect both the reducing intensity and capacity of the organic reducing system in soils. 展开更多

The ratio of the sensitivity of high-energy gamma to that of the low-energy background gamma can reach 106 to 108 by this new method. The sensitivity of 16.7 MeV high-energy gamma ranges from 10-21 to 10-16 C·cm2. The graphene-gold nanoparticles composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (EG- AuNPs/GCE) was prepared by one-step coelectrodeposition and employed for determination of trace mercury in environmental water with differential pulse stripping voltammetry. Such a nanostructured composite film combined with the advantages of gold nanoparticles and graphene, can greatly promote the electron-transfer process and increase accumulation abil-ity for Hg(Ⅱ), leading to a remarkably improved sensitivity. The linear calibration curve ranged from 0.2 μg/L to 30 μg/L for Hg(Ⅱ) and the detection limit (S/N=3) was found to be 0.03 μg/L at a deposition time of 300 s. Moreover, the stablity of the as-prepared electrode and interferences from other substances were evaluated. The modified electrode was successfully applied to the direct detection of Hg(Ⅱ) in real water samples. 展开更多

In this work,we reported a simultaneous determination approach for Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)atμg L 1concentration levels using differential pulse stripping voltammetry on a bismuth film electrode(BiFE).The BiFE could be prepared in situ when the sample solution contained a suitable amount of Bi(NO)3,and its analytical performance was evaluated for the simultaneous determination of Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)in solutions.The determination limits were found to be 0.19μg L 1for Zn(II),and0.28μg L 1for Pb(II)and Cd(II),with a preconcentration time of 300 s.The BiFE approach was successfully applied to determine Pb(II),Cd(II)and Zn(II)in tea leaf and infusion samples,and the results were in agreement with those obtained using an atomic absorption spectrometry approach.Without Hg usage,the in situ preparation for BiFE supplied a green and acceptability sensitive method for the determination of the heavy metal ions. 展开更多
