低能量强脉冲光结合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果分析 被引量:1

目的:探讨低能量强脉冲光结合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取某院46例激素依赖性皮炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组[(低能量强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)照射治疗+外涂复方利多卡因乳膏)]、对照Ⅰ... 目的:探讨低能量强脉冲光结合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取某院46例激素依赖性皮炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组[(低能量强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)照射治疗+外涂复方利多卡因乳膏)]、对照Ⅰ组(外涂复方利多卡因乳膏)、对照Ⅱ组(IPL照射治疗),观察组16例,对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各15例。观察3组患者治疗前、治疗后、治后4周临床疗效、症状积分、IgE、CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T的水平以及出现的不良反应。结果:比较3组患者的临床疗效,观察组与对照Ⅰ组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照Ⅱ组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者经积极治疗后,症状积分显著下降;与对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组相比较,观察组症状积分下降更为明显;治疗后及治疗4周后,CD4^(+)T水平显著升高,CD8^(+)T及IgE水平显著降低;3组患者不良反应发生率(18.75%vs 26.67%vs 33.33%)进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低能量强脉冲光结合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎有显著的临床疗效,会使CD4^(+)T水平显著升高,CD8^(+)T及IgE水平显著降低,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus intensive pulse light irradiation on chloasma. Methods: Ninety-six cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 46 cases treated by simple acupuncture and the treatment group of 50 cases treated by acupuncture and intensive pulse light irradiation. Results: The total effective rate was 89.1% and 98.0% in the control group and treatment group respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: For chloasma, the effect of treatment with acupuncture plus intensive pulse light irradiation is superior to that with simple acupuncture. 展开更多

For avoiding extra-damage to healthy tissues surrounding the focal point during high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) treatment in medical therapy, to reduce the ultrasonic intensity outside the focal point is expected. Thus, the heating processes induced by moderate intensity focused ultrasound(MIFU) and enhanced by combined irradiation of laser pulses for bio-tissues are studied in details. For fresh bio-tissues, the enhanced thermal effects by pulsed laser combined with MIFU irradiation are observed experimentally. To explore the mechanisms of these effects, several tissue-mimicking materials composed of agar mixed with graphite powders are prepared and studied for comparison, but the laser-enhanced thermal effects in these mimicking materials are much less than that in the fresh bio-tissues. Therefore, it is suggested that the laser-enhanced thermal effects may be mainly attributed to bio-activities and related photo-bio-chemical effects of fresh tissues. 展开更多
